Tip for hubby's clothes on the floor next to the bed: place a hamper (without a lid) right next to where he is typically leaving clothes and those dirty clothes instantly turn into a ball and the hamper is the goal. This is a mini 'choose your battles war' that you both can win with. My husband passed away when i was 26 with little babies, but this worked for us. You are both blessed to have each other and i hope this tip helps make both of you that much happier and able to appreciate each other that much more. You have a beautiful family and home and ive seen the way your husband looks at you and i can tell he adores you. Its so sweet. Im happy for you both 💗 XoXoX

I have a basket for dirty clothes and my hubby still throws it on the floor....RIGHT NEXT TO THE BASKET 😑😒. Now when I see things like that I tell him to come take care of it and eventually he will just do it on his own lol if I can train a cat I can train a man 🙋‍♀️

I love watching your channel! I don't think that I have ever commented. I just watch and like! I own a cleaning company and I am a mom. As funny as it may sound, at the end of the day, after I clean others and my own home I enjoy watch other moms clean theirs. When you pull your hair up I can't help but think, "Uh oh! I work for a telecommunications company for the Deaf community so I am still working during the lockdown. Your videos have become a Saturday ritual for me. Amanda, I happened upon your show one day. I was cleaning and watching some videos on minimalism while I was cleaning and your video came on. Your channel has been such a God send! I would like to thank you on behalf of my husband. I wouldn't be surprised if he commented on here, that's what a tremendous difference it has made for me. My husband always left his clothes and pijama in the chair. We moved to a smaller apartment. No chair in the bedroom. We put a wall coat hanger behind the bedroom door.Now he hangs his clothes and pijamas all the time, nothing’s out of place!

Your home is SO beautiful! Your videos always give me the motivation to start cleaning, but I have a 3.5 year old and 21 month old who are little tornadoes so the second I clean one area and move onto another, they trash it. I can't wait to be able to have beautiful decor and a home I can keep this clean one day! Also, my husband also doesn't know what a hamper is and throws clothes next to the bed. 🙄

I'm 63 and I just love watching your videos! My daughter is grown obviously, but I remember the crazy messes she could make. When my sisters were alive we'd talk on the phone the whole time we cleaned house. The phone in my first house had a ten foot cord, that was old school cleaning😄. Keep up the enjoyable videos,. Oh and my husband is just the opposite, he'll take several minutes to sort his things out before he goes to bed. He also does his own laundry and won't do another thing on wash day because the clothes must come out when the dryer buzzes. I wish in a day that's all I had to do.

Hello. I've never watched your channel before but I'm excited for the 2 hours of motivation. My mom got sick in October and passed away at the beginning of December. I was so busy running back and forth to the hospital and then once she passed I've been so depressed that my house has suffered immensely. I have been laid off of work due to Covid-19 since March 16th and have not started to deep clean yet. Today I feel like accomplishing as much as possible so I'm grateful to find this!

Hi beautiful, I really love watching you any time during the day. Just to make you laugh you’re music is awesome I put your videos when I clean or when I fall asleep it helps me to relax. My husband used to leave cloths on the floor but lol after 11 years I got him trained. The tip is to leave them on the ground for him to pick them up. I just want to say that stumbling upon your channel a few days ago has already been a total life changer. Quarantine has been a struggle (as with everyone) with working from home, schooling and caring for my 5 year old and just trying to maintain our house. This has been such a motivation for me and I love the marathon videos. Also, I’m mesmerized when you clean the sink. Ha, it’s weird but I love it! Plus, my husband is so happy I’ve moved on from unboxing subscription videos and baking unhealthy recipes while binging the great British bake-off! 🤣

OMG, my boyfriend does the same thing. I cleaned my entire house put out clothes up put the dirty laundry away in the basket and he gets home from work and just trows everything on the floor and leave a trail of mess behind him everywhere he goes. It drives me crazy. I'm glad I'm not the only one. :D. love you home and your inspiration. I wish I didn't have to work or I'd already be cleaning but working from home is good enough for me now :D

OMG just stumbled across your channel today while I was cleaning and I just Want to say I think it’s definitely amazing. Also the music is so good, it helped me clean my house with some peace today. I’ve been seriously been in a funk and I feel like I haven’t cleaned my house in weeks with everything that’s going on. I need a routine I feel like I’ve never had one for my house. Myself and my husband before chaos both work full time jobs and we have two kitties and I would seriously only deep clean on weekends. I kinda need help with just a daily routine to keep the house clean so I don’t get overwhelmed. I hope your family is well in the pandemic, stay safe!

Vacuum lines are everything when cleaning. My husband loves my vacuum lines. When he vacuums occasionally he has fun with the lines.

You have mentioned having you boys help pick up - we do the same thing, many nights I have them help with our “15 minute family pick-up”. We set the timer on Alexa and see how much we can get done (mostly light cleaning or straightening up, it can include briefly running the vacuum, quick dust, give the 5 year old a disinfectant wipe for door knobs/light switches, etc.). I figured it is 5 of us x 15 minutes= An hour and 15 mins of stuff I won’t have to do. Also, I notice my kiddos make less messes because they now know what it’s like to clean toothpaste off of the counter or sink or have to vacuum up mud from theirs shoes or wipe down the wall where they missed the trash can. 😎

I'm 13 and I watch these type of video's when I clean and work on my (very) messy room, and it just motivates me to do way more, love this video, and im more motivated to clean now, so thank you from my mom and I!!

Hi! I love your videos! I don't have any children but I do have a husband and 2 young dogs. My house becomes very messy very easily! I normally get so overwhelmed that I quit cleaning half way through. With your videos you definitely motivate me!!

Yes! All this virtual schooling (5 kids) leaves me with very little time to clean. They are in-school learning today so time to deep clean while i can!

Hi Amanda! Ive been sick since the 18th of March and Im finally getting better. I love watching the cleaning videos since I havent been able to clean my own home. When we moved into our forever home I made sure Tom took off his clothes in his closet and either hung them or put them in the hamper. But he was always a neat person. If I cooked he cleaned, if he cooked I cleaned. We did our own laundry too.

Thanks for sharing! It totally motivated me to clean my 1 bedroom apartment and I finally finished! YAY!!!! I do enjoy the marathon cleans! Today I really needed that tip your Mom said about think about a word after how you feel when everything is cleaned and that totally worked for me and I needed it! I will be using that tip for other areas as well because I am a really bad procrastinator!!! I hope your family stays safe and healthy!

I love it made me feel the vibe and the drive to do chores. 😍 many are silently struggling about how to really get things done and it's basically to start and let the momentum be built when you're already there. We don't have to wait honestly for the perfect time to start. Haha

I have been planning and packing for an out-of-state move that was suppose to happen in January ! I have packed and unpacked a hundred times! Lol I’m shocked at how much stuff for crafts that I’ve collected just since September of last year! May 1st is finally move-in date! So thankful!
