I think BMW 850 GSA has got everything u need from an adventure tourer. So In order to sell the bigger siblings. They might have not given the front suspension adjustment. But to be honest. It's a perfect bike for all the kinds of roads..❤️❤️

V-Max = Velocity Maximum. It’s an aviation term used for different “speeds” of your aircraft.

Front suspension isn´t adjustable. Adjustable is only rear for standard suspension and if you have electronic suspension then it works only on rear end. This is common for all F800, F850 and F900 BMWs. Front forks are always nonadjustable.

the 1200 or 1250 may have ESA front forks, the bmw 850gs in any package does not. the 2021 africa twin most definitely does, seen it in person, had wires coming out of the fork. i think i seen a blue and black which would mean compression and rebound were in seperate forks... shoot they may even of been cartridge.. anyways different bike.. the 850 doesnt, its non adjustable around 500usd for a cartridge upgrade with adjustability.

I would say this bike is more for long mileage touring with off road capabilities; it is too heavy to say it is mostly an off road bike….

Agreed. Off-road is a very vague term. Correctly speaking this a street machine and competent on gravel roads, country roads and dirt roads. Anything more technical, the weight will be difficult to manage and pick up.
