Great walkthrough. I have one of these and it's AWESOME. I tow a 10k lbs enclosed trailer around the country and this truck makes it effortless. Very comfortable on the long hauls with a trailer.
the pin striping makes it stand out. I have this same optioned truck. I painted the CHEVROLET in the front yellow and did yellow gell stickers in the rear.
The front end does take some getting used to, but from all other angles look better than other HD/SD. The biggest difference in size of the bed, is the way Chevy/GMC has designed in a wider inside width, not so much between wheel wells on the floor, but the area in front of and behind and over the fender wells. I also feel Chevy/GMC need to have larger tires, on smaller wheels available for more off road capacity. The other advantage with the GM trucks is the availability of OnStar 4G LTE WiFi, even in basic WT trim levels, with Apple CarPlay.
Just bought and FINALLY got my 2022 Chevy 2500 silvarado Carhart Z71. Love. It. Been 3 days. If you have more info on my truck(enough for a video of course) I’d love it. It’s my first diesel. It’s my first truck. My learning curve needs help. lol.
Those are such awesome trucks but Shew, black is just tough and those trucks are huge. I wish they would make that package in red hot or the new cherry red.
Do people really spend $70k on these things? My last new truck was a 2014 Ram 1500 Sport Crew 4x4 at $48k and I thought that was atrocious. Guess I’ve bought my last new one. Oh well. Not a fan of the new GM stuff. They look like a whimsical cartoon character. But as always, your review is BOSS!
@@mitchwinder1204 I gota ford with 311k still a good truck only ford I ever owned rest were chevrolet oldsmobile and 1 pos pontiac trans am and one dodge gave to me but no I will not spend money on a fiatchryslerpuegot product
Yes they started in 2020 but it’s a option on LT and work truck models but standard on ltz and high county with 4wd . I have it in my truck and I love it in winter time I just keep it in that mode all winter and then put it in 2wd in the summer. The thing I love most about is is when your pulling out somewhere and it’s slippery it kicks in and then kicks out and I don’t even feel it.
The style is starting to grow on me but I've heard a lot of people say pulling a 5th wheel the front is a little iffy not as planted as the other 2 manufactures with solid front axle but empty they're really nice
I just can't get over the front end of the Chevies. Gmc looks so much better. Not to mention the mirrors, and the bracket design. I'd rather look at a pile of cow dung.
