Lookout for a common complaint on these things Auto hold enabled when going from the brake to the gas it almost has this lunging Sensation that customers complain about because they don't even realize their Auto hold is turned on So you go into the features menu on the radio and turn it off to go back to normal driving
That's moving for a truck that stock! I can't wait to get my 2021 3.5 Ecoboost. Unfortunately they didn't offer the hybrid in the super cab only super crew.
PowerBoosts factory numbers are inflated and 5.0 is under-rated. Livernois dynoes them all. The 5.0 from the factory on E-85 did 360 rwhp/ 414 tq, the PB 382 hp/ 507 tq. With all the extra weight it’s not faster. The horsepower at the wheel is only 20 apart with a massive weight difference. My SuperCab 5.0 consistently does 5.4-5.5 seconds 0-60
No one is buying this hybrid because it is faster or slower. They buy it for the mileage and low end torque. It is also much heavier due to the batteries.
@@jetblackgtp that’s true, but because it was a 0-60 video, that’s why I was comparing speed performance. Nice truck though, wish I could upgrade my 13 to a 21! 🙃
@@theoPhobiaz My 2018 2.7 Supercab 4x4 with 3.73 gears does it in 5.78 seconds. I tested a Supercrew Raptor at 5.34. The Powerboost with a brake torque launch should manage 5.1-5.2 on 93 octane.
Look up any famous auto channel, they all recommend it, it is very accurate. Alot of people have does tests comparing it to an actual 1/4 mile strip it was very similar, a couple thousandths of a second off, and a couple thousandths of mph off.
