Do you have any additional cables plugged in besides the OBD2 plug? Also if you don’t mind, what do you charge dealerships to program keys/fobs?

I have a IM508S an I used for program a Ford Escape 2014 key, but it only works the key, not the remote buttons, Do you know if I need an original Ford key fob to be able to program both, key and remote? Thanks
