Full custom audio system in a 2021 Ford F450. This system was done from top to bottom. Here is a list of equipment used in the truck.

Having worked with both the Bit Nove and Virtuoso, is it worth the upgrade to the Virtuoso? Have you also worked with Helix to compare? The forums are kind of one sided with the majority only speaking highly of Helix, your first hand feedback has been more helpful so far !

I’ve worked with all 3 DSP’s unit. Yes the Virtuoso is totally worth the up grade. Helix DSP is a very very good unit. If I had a choice between all of them the Virtuoso would be the one I would personally go with. It has a lot more options when comes down to. The others good alternatives.

Hi again. Thank you fora the video and the feedbacks. I'm from Brasil, i'm looking for a new DSP. And i'm thinking about audison Virtuoso or the Forza M12.14 . Are there many diferences in the audio quality that those dsp process and give to the amplifier to play ?wich one you choose today thinking about cost benefit ?

The 2 unit are completely different. If you have the room for multiple amps & a DSP the Virtuoso would be the unit I would go with. It will do setup and solve any & all input issue you can think of. If space is a Issue the Forza is more realistic. You can't go wrong either way.

Inclerible job! I have installed in my car one audison bit ten, and i am thinking about to change to an audison virtuoso. In your opnion it will worthy the price ? Will i gain a lot of quality in the audio ? My system is the front two away audison voce avk6, 6x9 mpx hertz mille in the rear, and two subwoofers audison slim 10. Amplifiers: one audison sr 4500 and one sr1500. If i install the virtuoso my system will be much better for listening all kind of music? Thank you

The virtuoso is well worth the money. The unit has a lot better parts It has some of the best tunable features for a DSP.

Sucks to pay that much for an F450. And it still shares the interior of the older F150. Need that new 12" screen.

It is what it is. Most trucks carry the same interiors as the lower models.

Hi Vince! I’m walking through the wizard on virtuoso and the input section says input too low (even if volume maxed as a test) from the tweeter signal from the premium Honda of a 2021 Ridgeline. I ended up hitting next and tweeters do work. What’s odd is if I play music (solo on dsp) out of input 7(center channel) nothing out of it. It must up-mix from the tweeter signal? As I can hear center channel once everything is playing. FYI Firmware is updated. Many Thanks!

In my experience the input always says to low. Most audio system don't have a dedicated input from the radio. They are generally are a sum of left and right channels. The Audison can be used the same way, so what you are experiencing would be normal.

Hi , I am getting ready to also install a virtuoso and do not care to switch between dsp program presets and just care about a subwoofer volume control. Am I missing anything else from the DRC ? I was thinking of just using amps subwoofer knob. But I hate to miss out if there is an insane amount of things you can do with the DRC? It does look pretty and don’t need a main volume control for steaming directly to dsp.

Unfortunately the DRC that comes with the virtuoso is required to hooked up. You can leave it near the Virtuoso. As far as any features you would be losing is not much. It does do the following: Switch between the tunes Fade Balance Subwoofer control Switches between sources

The DRC should be plugged in during and after configuration. It's is recommended to check for updates upon powering the unit up. It just confirms that it performs to highest ability. The update switch should be switched to on position prior to updating the firmware. Then switched off after update is completed.

The Bit One HD Virtuoso is awesome! It's a lot better then the original; Bit One. Light years..

Unfortunately Audison hasn't decided to make the Forza software and the Bit One HD Virtuoso the same I do understand why. The Virtuoso has the ability to do so much more than the Forza. It has an input EQ, Output EQ, it can correct all-pass filters on the input and it can check polarity on the input side asa well. That's just the start.

The Forza & Virtuoso are completely different. The Forza is a lot easier, but the Virtuoso has the ability to sound far superior. FAR FAR SUPERIOR in the correct hands..

I havnt been able to get a zen NavTV for over a year... Any alternatives you can suggest?

As far as I know they are available, but I could be wrong. If I need to do a work around it would be using a DSP like the Virtuosos which has 13 inputs or DSP with 7 inputs. That way you can sum the the channels that need to be summed.

@@lancesautovlog I have the Audio control 6 channel amp running everything. It has a converter built in. I was told the signal isnt good the way its set up.

Then a DSP would help. You can use the Audio Control unit or any other brand that has summing abilities. Then take it to a shop that can tune it. The equipment you have is very good..
