What has suddenly happened to the pricing of these hatchbacks? 7.5L translates to almost 9L on-road. Even the swift and i10 are similar. Absolutely crazy.

Ford messed up their game by not launching new products and removing features and increasing the prices!😭

Dont know why people are all gaga over android auto and apple car play, we barely use it while driving, this car has enough system's to pair your mobile.The main thing is when are in an accident air bags and build quality wil save you not the gimmicks. 🙋‍♂️

AMT is definitely more fuel efficient and a 3 cylinder unit just gets noisier as days pass. Sportier driving dynamics is always spot on with Ford, but build quality is definitely taken its toll as compared to 1st gen.

Ford can easily be the number 2 best seller in India if they wanted after Maruti. I

I don't think Ford would have launched an automatic now if they are planning to wind up operations from India by year end..Hopefully they find someone for a JV soon..Sad to see this car selling in single and double digits it deserves much more homes...hopefully Ford launches the next generation of its cars soon without compromising on the fun to drive nature of its cars which Ms has done with the swift and others...

Only polo comfort line n highline at competete with figo. Toys like swift n nios stand nowhere.

Why do you need features which you rarely use ? Figo is far better car mechanically and safety wise than Swift and Nios. Customers should give priority in key areas rather than gimmicks and value less features.

What a legendary car, this! We Indians should start recognizing excellent cars with great dynamics and fun to drive, rather than run of the mill people movers!

Tips for Ford India. 1. A Press Release please? About your future in India? 2. This car would've been a winner with a turbo. Everyone can see. 96HP/119Nm could've been 126hp/180Nm. Ahh. A small VGT. Ford.... 3. Why is the company not broadening it's portfolio in India with some superb Eco-Boost engines? 4. Sad to see people want In Car Entertainment over ESC, TCS? Seriously?? 5. Honda and Ford are two companies I've always respected. Come on Ford India. 6. Diesel Automatics. Sales? Survival? I've driven an Ikon, an Escort, the iconic 3.2L Endeavour and your 123HP EcoSport. Come on guys. Love your build quality and driver appeal. Time for a pep up?

The only question I have in my mind is the success of the first gen Figo and the failure of the successors. The new Figo is the BEST looking in the segment too

Best car for city commuters. People should atleast test this car before going to Swift, nios or Tiago. Its the most value for money car in the hatch segment which offers good safety and driving dynamics. Android auto or apple car play will not safe you meet accidents. Ford will definitely bring these features down the line.

Swift AMT and Nios AMT doesn't stand chance against Figo AT, since AT Torque Converter is far more better than any AMT.

The Figo not being available with Android Auto and Apple Carplay connectivity is gonna a deal breaker for potential buyers. Otherwise, the car still comes across as a great product.

What Ford needs is a cost effective turbo 1.2 petrol mated to the 6AT for EcoSport. GDI should be avoided to make it cost effective.

Ford seemed to have forgotten that engines > 1.2 in petrol don’t qualify for tax subsidy ! After all these years they don’t yet have a cost effective 1.2 turbo engine yet..

Well being an owner of 1.5 TDCi figo i can say that nothing comes closer to it's performance and handling. The way it accelerates gives you such a powerful feeling and grin on face. However ford has made toooo many compromises with this car. The plastic quality of interior is very poor and even after using very carefully rattles cripple in on unsmooth roads. The road noise inside cabin is noticeable high The plastic door panels are so thin they make crackling noise when you press your arm hard on hand rest Inspite of having double rubber lining between doors and body frame, all the water sips in when car is washed and during rainy season its all mess at door opening There's no reassuring thud when you close the door, its a very hollow sound The battery cage is horribly designed allowing no drainage of water, when I replaced battery it was all rotten mossy mud under the battery. I wish it had the solid build quality what Ford has been known for. A fantastic car let down by poor build quality inside out 🙁😕😕

Figo got 3 stars because of missing equipments like isofix, pre tensioners, etc. Thats why other model got 4 stars before

Are you sure about the 0-100 timings? 15.99 secs? That is like forever!

why it doesn't sell ? Bcoz the reviews like in this one says "the rolling acceleration and 0-100 is slower than i10" without considering the fact the Figo is HEAVIER and more solidly built than i10. My friend's GRANDDD i10 front bumper came off completely after a slight touch to a parked earlier generation ALTO. Wow that was hilarious to watch anyways. Also you mentioned tyre noise. Well most of the budget cars in India are offered with pathetic 'BAD YEAR' tyres that are a pain to drive. Switch to Contis straight out of showroom and this car's true potential is unleashed plus tyre noise gone for good. Unfortunately we have let them down and is at danger of losing the brand forever.

Missing Features:- 1. Rear AC Vents 2. Android Auto & Apple Carplay 3. LED Lighting allaround 4. Rear door bottle holders 5. Rear & Front Armrest 6. Keyless Entry & Boot open Request Sensors 7. iSOFIX child seat mount points All the above missing features for a near 10 Lacs on road car is not acceptable in today's times..

Wonder when will Ford update the ancient MID? So much in contrast with that beautiful touch screen and centre console.

2017 car was different and new design has different rating when we see in Latin ncap it scored 4 star adult and child with 4 airbags.

The only reason I avoided this car is because it didn’t have android auto or apple CarPlay.

Please convey ford figo owners or future buyer advice please provide Projector Headlamps & Android auto , Apple car play as competitors. These are outer changes & no doubt performance of Figo at par than other Hatchbacks but considering competition these are must.

And the autocar reviews the proper auto car, in this hatchback segment . 😂

Ford must also provide automatic from base variants at right price. Many buyers prefer to get select aftermarket accessories added which they want. Some customers may like to replace the stock touchscreen system with one having Android auto, Apple carplay. So at least these add on should be optional and Ford may get more sales. In digital era, a custom made to spec car is not impossible. Maruti does that with its Nexa products. A lower price at least attracts more customers to showroom. I have known many buyers who walk in with a budget for base variants but then stretch it further to buy a variant with features they value most. Also LED lights , at least for fog light and DRL should be options. Great car let down by poor marketing and sales team.
