You should see the transit I ordered! It’s very similar but the 350 passenger version and fully loaded. I ordered it in April and it just finally got serialized and is scheduled to be built. Crossing my fingers to see it by the end of august! Great video!

As I recall, in the 2022 model, the AWD is only available for gov't orders/sales.

that Ipad glued to the dash looks like they just stuck it there at the factory... for 60 grand the least ford can do is make it look like it fits other than that it seems like an excellent van

...you tell me : ) Google last gen Mazda 3 dashboards (2014 to 2018)... same esthetic. ANNNDDDD, Google 2020 or 21 Mercedes C300 dashboards. . . same esthetic, screen plopped on top of dash. SEE the Transit is actually fancier than we thought! ; ) haha. Thanks for the comments! Cheers! : )

Any tinted window from Ford is called "privacy glass" on the window sticker... at least in Canada. I do agree with you there...

Why is there insulation in floor but no option for insulation in side walls? Only way to get finished sides is on passenger van with all the seats

Floor option is popular for commercial clients... and for conversion enthusiasts. Commercial clients do not have a need to wall insulation, and is 95% of the clientele for these vans. The passenger area is finished in nice trim, but i doubt there's any significant insulation behind it. I've seen other builders use real sheeps wool to insulate vans... seemed like a cool (or warm) idea!

Does anyone KNOW the specifications of the CCP (load ratings, if, and how it they are controlled). I get a lot "I think" or "I assume" I need the facts before I proceed with my upfit. The dealer, as well as FoMoCo, have no idea what the parameters are.

I don't know CCP is, but can take weight upwards of 2500lbs and 2022 model can take a load upto 3000lbs and you can still cruise at max speed all the time.
