After building up 2 new Harley's I was definitely going the CVO route for my 3rd Harley. I ending up buying a new 2020 CVO Ultra in Sand Dune. Both Sand Dune and with this bike in Bronze Armor, if you view it in the sun, it's actually a metallic paint, although you can't really tell in the video. It really is impressive. Yes it costs more up front to buy a CVO, but everyone that owns a Harley knows if you build a stock bike up to the CVO level, you'll end up paying much more, have less riding time because you're working on the bike and in the end, you still don't have a CVO. Great video, thanks for sharing.

Great Job showing the bike. I bought the ultra in 2005 it was 23k stock after the add ons it was 32k. The CVO is a great concept. I felt it was a waste to replace everything. It took the dealership 4 weeks to install everything. Sold everything on eBay and was shocked at the price I got for all those stock parts. I lucked out.

These are dream bikes for sure. But for me I would get the blacked out river rock gray and do a stage 2 upgrade. Add ohleens shocks and still save money! Ultra limited got everything this has except for heated seat. 114 ain't much difference

It is basically the same. Except for the adaptive headlight, except for the led turn signals, except for the included highway pegs, upgraded grips, upgraded gauges, upgraded gauge trim, painted inner fairing, painted fairing vent, included saddlebag liners, included tour pack liner for top lid, included motorcycle cover, included RDRS, upgraded windshield, upgraded wheels, upgraded led brake light, upgraded floor boards for both rider and passenger, upgraded heated hammock seat, rider backrest, passenger pillow top backrest, garage door transmitter, body painted latches and hinges, body painted tour pack led light bar, upgraded slip on exhaust, upgraded console, upgraded mirrors and brackets, tour pack lighting, saddlebag lighting, custom painted forks,exhaust and engine trim, power locking saddlebags, power locking tourpack, power locking fork lock, upgraded shift lever, upgraded brake pedal, included security alarm, the cvo paint job and 117 engine. But almost the same.

Just in case someone might be wondering I’m 5’7 and even though I am on my toes I can still ride this bike. If you’re confident enough it’s doable. I only had it for the day (2021 model) but it’s doable without feeling intimidating.

Bought this new model in 2017 ! 34k Launch engine then was 114cu with oil cooled heads and all the goodies allowing HD to claim that it was the best that they had ever produced. Traded in my 2008 CVO as it didn’t have linked brakes . One year later , the bike was already out of date as HD decided that the engine wasn’t big enough… 117cu was it’s replacement …gutted ! A small issue of condensation started to appear ( garaged ) in all the analogue clocks . Local dealer replaced them immediately. Condensation returned and this time in the boom box screen . Again all the clocks were replaced , this time with silica gel bags inserted in them .really … once the silica is damp , it holds the moisture and the dampness was there all season . Again , replace the clocks with new ones. 4 months before the end of the warranty , the condensation was back . This time HD and the dealer refused to help . Their answer - we are aware of the issue and at present , have no remedy . Once we do , we will notify you to bring your bike in to repair it . That was 3 years ago . I asked them to buy it back and they offered me 15k for my 2 year old 5k miles bike . I kept it and persevere with the damp until it clears . The first hour of any journey is not good . I can’t see the speed or the sat nav . My previous HDs were amazing and very unfortunately this experience killed any trust with this company. A lot of money for many trips to the dealer with broken promises. Just saying

Maybe you can help me here... Or anyone that may know the answer..... I had a 2018 Ultra. When my Iphone was connected by blue tooth, and I wanted to search for a song, I clicked on songs, then click down and over to the letters. Click on the letter and the keyboard would come up. I would click on the first letter of the song I was searching for and then scroll through the titles to the song I wanted. Sold that bike. Now I have a 2019 CVO Street Glide. When I do the same and click down and over, then click on the letter, the keyboard does not come up. Are all bikes 2019 and up this way, or is there a setting I'm missing? Also, are you able to search with keyboard in Apple Carplay?

Harley Davidson motorcycles are a legacy brand indeed, but they are not the most technical on the market. HD is still holding onto labor-intensive technology in their engines dating back to the 1950's/1960's, the problematic chain drive primary, lifters, pushrods, and vibrating motors. Full liquid cooling is something Harley Davidson must transition to in order to compete with the competition who produce Cadillac smooth touring bikes that don't feel like a hot volcano between your legs. The new CEO of Harley Davidson seems to get all the above with the new revolution max engine that will most definitely migrate across the entire line that addresses not only the shifting clunk but all design flaws in prior engines designed out of the engine with the lastest ride mode and monitoring tech. A luxury motorcycle is a refined motorcycle, if you have rise a newer Goldwing you would know.

BMW makes great bikes. Harleys aren’t for everyone. But for me, the combination of power, comfort and style on an H-D touring bike is perfect.

Don't get me wrong, I love the cvo limited bikes. But that color is hideous. It reminds me of one of those band aid colored cars I can't stand. Why did they stop making them beautiful. Every year there are less color options and the ones we have suck. The purple one looks much better but it's kinda girly says my wife. So band aid is the other color option. SMH.

I feel you. The camera didn't do the paint any justice. My first thought was blah but the color really grew on me. I tried to capture the color but didn't do well. In the sun its beautiful.
