Interesting about the paint... I happen to own this particular bike, and know many other people that do, and also frequent many HD forums and have never heard of any paint issues on 2021 CVO's.
That is interesting that you are having paint issue. Harley has by far the best paint process of any motorcycle manufacturer. This is a know fact in the industry. Maybe you are getting hit by rocks on your local roads.
There is a whole group of owners of this bike that all are bing the same issues. Harley has been replacing the affected parts under warranty as it is a known paint issue
