2021 History Saurer-Caminhão - English version 

The Caminhão, built in 1910, an AM II, was delivered to Brazil. It was used as a timber transporter in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 1911 to 1960. It was then demolished in the 1960s. From 1980 it was used again on a farm in Vasouras. A newspaper report then brought it to the attention of Ruedi Bär from the Saurer Museum, who then "re-imported" it. The overhaul has now given the Caminhão a fourth life.
The 114-year-old AM II can be admired at the Saurer Museum in Arbon!
