Assuming that the aftermarket mirror (assembly?) is still using the OE lane watch camera, my guess is it should work unless for some reason the aftermarket mirror does not hold the camera in the same manner as an OE unit.
Did something happen to your RH mirror? According to Honda, an aiming or calibration of the LaneWatch camera is necessary if any of the following occurred: LaneWatch camera removal or replacement Passenger's side power mirror removal or replacement Passenger's side mirror housing lower cover removal or replacement Passenger's side door position adjustment
