That’s a tough one. The Yamaha feels big and heavy. But the motor, tuner/maps, and suspension are all probably better on the Yamaha. I feel comfortable on the kawi when it comes to ergonomics. The suspension and engine are fine but the coupler for maps seems like dated technology now. That yamaha tuner app is cool and I enjoyed testing out new maps. All that said....I’d still buy the Kawasaki again. It’s comfortable, showa suspension is good (may need springs for my weight tho) and I can live with the limited tuning options. Remember. This is an opinion from a slow weekend warrior.
