@@cj.t.7321 Josh is a good show off, he presents the video well.. And you need to get some counseling for the way you think. a girl like you will be cheated on, by a guy like Josh.
Newell showing what they have learnt and implemented over decades of leading innovations in their game! Josh representing the company very well too...respect.
Josh is the best!!! I could listen to him talk all day. He literally knows every square inch of that coach and is intimately familiar with the whole production run of coaches! He might just be the perfect human being. Lol! You are so fortunate to have established such credibility that access is given to these wonderful machines. And we benefit too!!
That's exactly what I was thinking. Who wants to be tied down to one place for no reason? Of course, that would mean I would someday have to have the money, but ...
Wow. Newell has to have the most innovative luxury coach on the planet right now. As a network engineer I find the dash systems fascinating. Good work, Newell, you've knocked it out of the park and I wish you much success and even more sales. Thanks for the video, Andrew!
I have fallen in love with Newell Coach all over again. Newell is the absolute best in its technology than a y other Motor Coach manufacturer! Prevost Coach had better get their act together!
These Motor coaches are amazing, this 2021 Newell is beyond impressive. Everyone at Newell seems to be so nice and caring. Very impressed on how easy that coach is to handle on those bad roads and with a pretty strong cross wind. Just love the design and technology Newelll puts into these Motor coaches. Great Video Andrew and a great experience for you.
At that price just buy a plane ticket and stay in a hotel! In my humble opinion this is just a toy for old white men. I guess when you can’t enjoy the destination as your body is falling apart you can atleast enjoy the trip there in your cushy seat :)
As a owner of a 2009 Prevost Liberty Newell has taken the lead in innovative thinking. That dash/cockpit is superior to anything on the market. Awesome video Andrew.
The economy is going down the toilet. And it has been reported another covid spike at this moment. And you will be ignored by hospitals. If you're in a wreck or health issue, while traveling for leisure is a big mistake currently. Even a big purchase is a bad move.
Every camper dealer needs to have Josh...great guy who knows the coach and is able to explain it in such a way that allows you to think through your purchase. Beautiful coach to say the least.
Law says you cant use speaker phone on your phone but hey, you want an iPad built until the car that is nowhere near eye level? Done. No safety concern there
@@Danwheeler. there’s some suggestion that being handheld does make it even worse, but yeah, vehicle entertainment and control systems have gone a bit overboard.
Greetings from Australia Andrew. Don't normally comment but have to say I thoroughly enjoyed coming along for the ride with you and Josh. Hands down the best and most enjoyable youtube RV promotion I've watched so far and I've seen dozens. An ultimate dream to own one of these latest Newman RVs... such attention to detail. Cheers.
Still, paying $1 million is too much. Even if I won the lottery, I wouldn't spend money on an RV. And with gas prices skyrocketing under the Biden regime, it will cost a gut-wrenching amount of money to gas it up for a month even if you drive only every 4-5 weeks... Diesel alone is up almost 90 cents a gallon in my city. It'll probably be at $5 a gallon long before July...
@@largol33t1 you don't have the mindset for it. I know a few people that would pay much much more for this because of their mission and how much they make. If you make multi-millions a year it's a different world.
As a Detroit Diesel tech, I "get to" work on a lot of different coach brands and I've got to say that the Newell's are usually a step above the rest. "One day" I always say.. like Johnny Cash got him a Caddy in "One Piece at a Time", I'll have one.
I just test drove a Foretravel and a Newell . Newell drove lots better than the Foretravel. Wouldn't mind test driving a Prevost Liberty and see the difference. But i think I am sold on the Newell. But i think i would want a mid door.
Andrew, I couldn't wipe the grin off of my face watching this coach drive as much as your smiley face. That tag axel doing donuts is totally AWESOME!!! p.s., I just realized after the video I was watching this video for 1 hour, great video
I have to admit that automation is just awesome. Being able to control anything on the coach from the Drivers seat is just insane! If I got another coach hopefully that is the one thing I can have in some way shape or form. That coach even years from now will be pricey, but I can see why, it is VERY nice.
Hey Andrew thanks for doing the Newell coaches so all of us can see just how wonderful they really are and we can see the difference that a built coach makes because Marathon would have you think they have the only coach that should buy
I didn't want to watch an hour long video, but I couldn't stop! Thank you for sharing your experience with the rest of us & man what a treasure it must have been for you! I'd be scared shitless to take the wheel of something so huge & expensive! What a dream machine that is & the craftsmanship is nothing short of amazing! Thanks again for sharing.
Thank you, ANDREW FOR THE COMPLETE TOUR! I’M SUPER EXCITED to start my new journey on looking for a comfortable motor home to buy! God BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.🙏🏾♥️
this was the quickest one hour of watching an Rv video,,, thanks Andrew not forgetting Josh also,,,, he is a good Newell Ambassador,,, will like to add the usual stuff that Andrew emphasizes, the PAINT job is insane,,,, am a Newell fan in South Africa,,,
Thanks for this I never thought I'd have a ride in a Newell. I'm happy to see that Newell has redesigned the exterior rear end of the coach, as it looks much better than the previous design that swooped inward at the bottom.
Amazing video Andrew, glad you were able to finally drive a Newell. I'm sure it was an experience of a lifetime for you. Always great to see Josh, he is a great representation of the Newell company.
Great video and unless I get blessed with winning the lottery, this is as close to looking at what Rich RVers get to ride around in that I will ever get. Awesome living conditions and Kudos to this company for building such beautiful RVs. Thx
I’m always impressed when people know all about their RVs I’ve had 3 over the years and still I’m a little fuzzy on a few things! We went from a C class to an A class now to a B class and it’s suits us best at our age! Loved them all but trips our better without hauling another ride! This B is on a Splinter chassis and I can park it in normal to large spots! Makes The pigeon Forge Gatlinburg trip nice! Loved this RV they’re showing!
*PLEASE don’t be so surprised when he started the engine that you barely could hear it. Its in very rear compartment hidden 45 feet behind.* Andrew Steele is still the best! *Thank you for all the things you showing us.*
I won't be able to buy one. But if I could I would go to this dealer. This guy was awesome. He was the perfect person to show us the new coach. Nice job guys! Great video. I do hope your youtube ideas make you get one of these. But maybe the newest model at that time.
I worked for a separate company that made the dash and other components for these. I was a thermal former, I took the sheets of plastic and turned them into the parts. We later would put them together. I loved that job but moved out of state for family.
They can go a good 90 if the driver has the drive to do it. I for one would get rid of DEF and get mine deleted so I’d be hauling A but then again I can’t afford one and couldn’t see myself being able to hit such speeds unless I was going to or in Texas lol.
You're like the king on the road :-) I anly you so much, here in good ol' germany streets and camp gounds are by far too small for those lovely coaches. I hope you enjoyed the ride - greetings from germany
Excellent experience for all of us too. Pretty much explains why Newell is the Number 1 Motorcoach. Love everything about it except for I detail. It's not mine! Thank you both Josh and Andrew for this video! 👍
Andrew, I enjoyed the video. Very impressive coach and walkthrough with Josh! One thing I want to bring to your attention... you don’t have to say, “let me be honest with you”, “to be honest with you”, “I want to be honest”, etc. You’ve said it around 10 x. It’s really the last thing a salesperson should say, however many say it frequently. It really turns a customer off. Most individuals aren’t even aware they’re saying it.
Bueno al fin !!! El dueño de un motorhome de lujo muestra un video en tiempo real de su producto en acción !!! Eso es muy agradable para un futuro cliente que ve el desempeño del vehículo en el asfalto 👍
Great to have the top coach manufacturer from my home state of Oklahoma!!! Also they custom make everything in house and local. Way to go Newell and represent Oklahoma!!!!
16:00 the lights flicker because led lights have a certain frequency when they are on, when the camera shutter speed matches the frequency of the lights, it looks like they flicker, it only happens with led bulbs
the circuits shut off the led and turn them on really fast as to prolong the life of the LED. most LEDs are regulated in this fashion. our slow brains can't see this. the term for this is Pulse Width Modulation(PWM)...
Most LED lights can be seen at 60fps which is the same frame rate most gopros will film at. If you adjust the frame rate to 30 FPS then you won’t see the flickering.
thankfully I'm one of the fortunate that do not really notice it while there are the 15% that do get headaches and mild nausea from 60hz PWM. on a tangent note, I'm glad more people are becoming aware of color temperature and it's effects on brain function by using blue light filters on screens. most of my LEDs are warm white to pure white in the 3700-5000k range. in nyc our streetlights are a terribly sterile 6500k and everyone hates them
@@McCarthyism_by_RU-vid Kinda.. I wouldn't call PWM 'Turning it on and off really fast' They flicker 60 times per second because (at least in the US) our 'electrical frequency' is actually 60hz. Some places do actually have 50hz lighting too.
Fantastic video. Being able to see the technology in action was amazing. I'll never be buying a $2M coach, but maybe in 10 years I'll get one like the one you drove.
This was a very good video. The fact that it was inside the garage bay, it let you see how things light up some. I was wondering about the cruise control and you finally engaged it. Seeing you bounce with that air ride suspension was pretty hilarious. What I noticed when you activated your turn signal to change lanes to allow the other vehicle to pass. Was the main screen driver info the bottom right corner of that screen and small pop up camera screen came on. Blind spot monitoring lane change assist.
The front seats look great,,,They're fairly small Compared to those giant lounge chair type seats you seeing a lot of coaches but extremely comfortable looking seats,,,
I think I have it good when it comes to what I do for a living, but then I see Josh and Andrew and think to myself "these guys are really doing it right", lol. Good stuff 👏 As for the Newell coach, absolutely gorgeous. This is out my league so I've never shopped for one, but from what I've seen at shows and on RU-vid, they seem like a better coach for the money. Thanks for the showcase.
