The Jaeger LeCoultre Master Compressor Diving GMT Q187T170 is such a beast. That 4 trigger clasp should be standard on high end double deployants. The hidden sizing screws on the bracelet are also a nice touch. Those hands are underrated too -- very beautiful and unique. Plus for minimal dial printing/advertising. Great watch.
WOW! That's what I'd call 'the magnificient five'. WatchBox is definitvely leading the way. 🔥🔥🔥 Even top auction houses will struggle to catch them this time!! Best, Amintas
Now verified, the WatchBox is top of the game 🥇when they can take four years to sit on primo pieces and wait to compile a five piece complete collection of special release F.P. Journe’s. Holy moly that tourbillion!
I know that Breguet invented the tourbillion for pocket watches, but I'm pretty sure that Omega were the first Brand to put a tourbillion in a wristwatch?
Tim coming in with the covert bomb opener! Omega Speedmaster title and then opens with a 5 piece FPJ full set. How do you not use that set as clickbait!!
Why do you guys insist on selling pre-owned watches at a price that’s more than the brand new? Omega Speedmaster professional. Come on...I can order directly off their website
Hi Chris - if you can get it from their website and delivered, you should do it! This watch is trading above retail on the secondary market and availability at Omega dealers is scarce. Thanks for your comment!
So what's to stop someone buying the 5 ruthenium Journe set and then proceeding to sell them individually to different people. Keep it real, the reason you want to sell them as a set is because you can charge a serious premium for having all of them. Not to mention that anyone who has that kind of money is not going to care about that premium. Once you have 6 figures to drop on a watch, another 10 or 15 thousand is chump change.lol
With an opener like those Journes, I wondered what you'd close with but the end and near end was worth the wait. Nice stuff! The Master Compressor JLC, the 39mm PO, the Breguet XX and the Breitling chrono were all great! And that Cellini looked like a true bargin to me, especially compared to what one must pay for a Rolex OP or other steel sport watch. Thanks for putting this together Tim.
That JLC diving GMT is wangin' out the frame! Bregeut kinda cute, too. That De Witt has the dumbest looking dial.. like, let's make it unreadable and then put some cheap little purple lines on it. I dig the case, but..
