We recommend upgrading to the 15K BTU A/C on the Roo to help compensate. Over the many years that we have sold Roos I cannot recall a time a customer reported that their A/C couldn't keep up. When it comes to staying warm, the heated mattresses definitely help. I've personally never slept in a Roo, but I have slept in a Rockwood pop-up where the night dipped into the high 30's and the heated mattress made a big difference. Rockwood made the Roos have a standard White exterior, as opposed to giving customers the option to go with the darker fiberglass on other Rockwood RVs, and this was probably a smart move when it comes to keeping it cool in the summer.
