I just got one, this exact one actually. Love every part of it including the outdated interior. It rides soooooo smooth. It's crazy. I don't care about the gas mileage. You know that when you buy it. This thing is worth every penny in my opinion
@@jsboening Have only towed a small yard trailer with a riding lawn mower on it. It did just fine. I think the springs are progressive rate so they should do just fine under load.
I love my 2010 Platinum. Reliable, safe family hauler. Long trips ? Outstanding comfort ! Will never go back to GMC Yukon Denali. (A POS). We love our Sequoia !!!!
Im about to lift my 2021 limited. Looked at Ford and GM products but couldnt get past the reliability issues my friends have with theirs. I just love that my Sequoia wont leavenmy family stranded on the side of the road.
We love our 2016 platinum. My wife and kids call it the Momma SUV Bus. Just hit 80k miles driving the kids to school and road trips. We went to get our Xmas Tree and we threw it in 4x4 and literally drove around a huge line of smaller crossovers stuck in the mud.
LOVE EVERYTHING about the Toyota Sequoia (given what it is............meaning, it's silly to expect a full-size, body on frame SUV to get 35 mpg). Would not change a single thing. Would love to pick up a 2021 (especially if this is the last year before a refresh) in about 6 or 7 years. Can't afford a new one, and even if I could, NO MORE new vehicles for me, I am too obsessive about expensive 'new' things.
stay tuned because there is a new land cruiser that is coming to the states soon fully redesigned. It is likely to be the land cruiser prado aka lexus gx twin corporate sibling that the other world markets get
I never reallly thought about buying one of these until now....I guess that's what the purpose of these videos are for right. But I actually love the size and features of this trim...The only thing I don't like is I don't have 60k 😥
Nice share! Which version of the 2021 Sequoia has the highest towing capability: maximum trailer tongue weight that it can handle and the maximum gross trailer weight that it can tow? Thanks!
Totally agree. There is an aftermarket screen that is HUGE. I won't buy that because I tried a similar one for a different vehicle and it was a disaster so no more aftermarket, dash upgrade for me! I am hoping Toyota puts a nice big screen in the next version.
I dont like the exterior design. Wait.....I looked longer and its not that bad. But just ok. When you opened the doors....wow! Look at all the room! That is excellent. Sounds like you really liked the comfort. Huge plus. As for the technology its really lacking. Good thing they're doing an upgrade. Toyota should keep the 5.7 litre engine as an option. I doubt they will. 14 mpg is pretty pitiful. Price seems a bit high, but its still better then a comparable chevy. Great video. Merry Christmas George!!
We had a Sequoia when they first came out and while my mom didnt like how it drove since its on a truck chasis, I loved how much room there was for all of our outdoor activity things. If it was a lower price I would get one in a heartbeat but I'll stick with the 4Runner lol
The 2021 Toyota Sequoia trd pro is the more compact suv that can you by Today for Toyota model for the year of its brand new model for its model and brand new model for its own
Currently have a 2019 sequoia trd sport that the wife drives. Its a good vehicle but its lacks technology and amenities compared to the fords and chevy.
The amenities in Fords and Chevys are unnecessary, expensive, and make the vehicle less reliable. The Expedition’s parking brake is a button with electronic actuators to engage and disengage. My leg still works. I’ll take the reliability of a cable. That’s the main reason why we went Toyota over anything else. To each their own.
I love with ally heart all Toyotas. In Puerto rico in the 8os up to now Toyota is the number one most reliable in Puerto Rico we used to well my dad he a 68 Mitsubishi lancer we Mitsubishi Celeste we bought a Mitsubishi champ a 86 Toyota pick up 22 re enginemy dad put a million and half miles sold for 4500 to his neighbor pass by his house every day true story I own 2013 Sequoia limited love it every day I be honest I hate white people when the review Toyotas they always say oh cheap plastic interior who care u right best v8 ultra reliable this Sequoia better than infinity 5.6. Way better u lucky to pass 100000 miles on gmc Ford n Nissan junk Toyota lover forever thank you Toyota for .the years of lovely car I love Celica gts I love the fj cruiser I love the 4 runner n Corollas
I don't like the Dash on the new Tundra. That is why I buying this one before they change it. I don't like that big screen on my face. This one looks clean and simple.
It’s just the damn interior that kills it for me. Beautiful machine on the outside but I can’t understand why they haven’t done much inside. It still has the basic setup of the 07-13 Tundra. Not even the latest Tundra (which itself gets criticized up and down). I don’t get it Toyota!
I rented older model in 2016 for a road trip. This suv is not fun to drive at all. Steering is very vague. Hope that has changed since then. Suburban on the other hand was so fun to drive.
The problem with suburbans is they rust out so fast here in the rust belt. My sequoia has 130,000 miles on it and 6 Michigan winters and still rust free.
