2022 Behind the Rocks 50k Race | One of Mad Moose's best trail races | A beautiful course | Must do! 

Thank you! I drove 8 hours the next day after the race, getting home, but I paid the price. I ended up getting a blood clot on my leg and it took me a few months to recover. I should have dropped out of the race. I'm running the Moab Trail marathon on November 4th, and I'll be videotaping it of course. The Behind the Rocks races are fun and Moab is a great place to race. Have fun there and good luck. I've ran the 50-mile race too...enjoy Jacob's ladder!

Thank you! I use a DJI Omso Pocket 2 for all of my videos. The aerial shots were done with a DJI Mavic Air 2. I use Shotcut, a free software for editing my videos. I really enjoy using my Pocket 2...it's so small and easy to use.

In 2019 I started the Arches 50k, but dropped out at mile 15 after pulling my hamstring, so I didn't see much of the course Where do you live?

@@drhenderson40 desertrats.utmb.world/ I've done the 50k distance and this is a great race and not too hard for your first ultra...and it's only about 4 1/2 hours away from where you live. I also did a video of this race.
