I picked up a 2020 Challenger in Octane Red w/ Blacktop Package a year ago here in California for $32.7 and loving it! currently has 10,800 miles and I daily drive it. Thanks for the video 😊
Just got mine last month, if you can order it direct, get the Performance Plus Package. Gave me 9” wide wheels and brimbo breaks. And the plus package for the interior. I love it 😍
Didn't get a newer one but a 2017 Scat pack 6-speed, has been a blast to drive around! Plus finding one for 30k with a clean title was a steal! Saving up to switch the stock shifter for a barton ;)

One thing that's often missed in these reviews is that the Challenger is a tall person's muscle car. I'm 6' 5" (and long torso) and I don't fit comfortably in either the Mustang or the Camaro (and certainly not in the Corvette or other "sports" cars). The Challenger was literally my only V8 manual-6spd 2-door option (and only if it does NOT have a sunroof...sunroofs subtract at least 2 inches of head room).
Oh yes!!! This will be my dream muscle car to afford one while I still can and I going to show this vehicle to my girlfriend first and then I will able to take her to go out and have a great time with each other. Overall, marvelous job and review bro.
Putting aside my Camaro bias for a moment (LOL) this really is a pretty sweet ride. Probably the last true "muscle car." I just really don't like the overall feel of the car though. It just seems a bit overblown (in size) and not very nimble. No doubt they're fast but I just get the impression the steering would be like trying to turn the Titanic.
It’s a sweet car man the steering isn’t nearly as tight as the Camaro but it’s comparable to the Mustang so it still feels surprisingly sporty. The steering wheel also feels great which helps as well!
Agreed...my 09 300c feels substantially smaller and more nimble... I drove a 2019 rt 6mt....with clutch modulation it feels so damn heavy... The auto atleast hides it in the feels department
I’ve always been a Chevy guy. Owned multiple Camaros and corvette. I’m really thinking about switching up to a dodge. I like it all the way around besides the specs.. it’s the lowest in the class (yes I know about the Scat pack) but I’m comparing this base to Camaros base (v8) I’m still cool with it since I don’t drive fast. Im thinking RT shaker.. if anyone has any other option opinions
Nice review man. My dream car for sure. But would love to see a comparison video side by side with the Camaro and Mustang, all manual and hear your thoughts.
omg those rev matches are sooooooo sexy to me wow, i don't care much for v8's but this actually sounds similar to the voodoo that fits produced for the GT350 i would still get the voodoo but this engine is 4th world good. those sounds are nice and speak to me. i might get this as my next car at least the engine is what i car about idc about torque it has enough
I bought this car in 2010. Looked great then, looks great now. Nothing changed in 12 years, except the price. Rather have a Scat Pack. Oh, wait a minute, I do. 485 ponies.
dude I gotta give you a d+ review ,,shoes in the glove box ,no way ,six pack in center counsel ,doubtful ,the ergo dynamics in this car SUCK ,the interior lights are worthless, the center counsel is to far back and awkward to access, the mirror and window switches are too far back and the stupid little lights on buttons is a joke ,you cant shift with a large cup in holder ,,the dash light dimmer s a joke ,its basically on or off ,I hate having to look at the screen to adjust the climate controls ,getting to AC is a pain in 6th gear ,,I have 4500 miles on mine and I still get confused with controls ,,and the exhaust tone doesn't change when in or out of sport mode at least not very noticeable ,and have fun cleaning the inside windows ,and if your tall wear a hard had,, But do I love it ,,hell yeah ,I love looking at it ,the rumbling V8 is bad ass ,the sound is amazing and it does drive nice ,its a timeless machine
I wouldn’t say that entirely the 5.7 hemi is a great platform! yes the 6.4 is awesome but more or less maxed out N/A. Unless your willing to spend big$$! and at that point just go right to the hellcat. The 5.7 is a tried and true motor since 03.durability,reliability,cost effective, and responds great to mods since it’s tuned very conservative from factory and equipped with shit exhaust.headers tune and full exhaust with a drag radial’s and this motor will pull like a rapped ape 🦍!!,with the 8speed auto behind it. Problem is most people either don’t know how to build a car or are shit drivers. These cars with all season tiers are a laughable! little narrow shit tier and ya they seem slow.1st and I repeat 1st mod you do if your wanting it to be fast is get a 18/40/275 drag radial’s these cars make amazing torque but can’t put it to the ground.then throw those garbage 5.7 exhaust manifold’s in the garbage there robbing so much power from the 5.7 it’s ridiculous even short tubes will net great gains and more torque then long tubes just less hp.follow thst with full exhaust and a proper dyno tune and your going to change your mind on the 5.7.for it being in a heavy chassis. My 18 challenger RT shaker with 8speed auto, ran 13.22@106mph stone stock other then a drag radial tier.yes I was running in the fall with great air and I ran with a quarter tank of 91 octane but that s fast for a 4200lb car!!that same engine in a mustang that’s 500lbs lighter would be a rocket,so the 5.7 is no slouch what’s so ever.Iv since added kooks short tube headders with matching exhaust and a 91 octane dyno tune, and went 12.60s @108 mph with 1.7 sixty ft times.all with ice cold air and all the creature comforts. Don’t tell me the 5.7 is a weak performance motor that’s just B.S…..
