That plastic 90-degree bend fitting sure seems like it has a small opening. Seems very restrictive.

I want to see how easily you can empty the can. Do you need to unmount it each time you empty it? Need a video showing this before purchase.

No, you can unscrew the reservoir from the assembly and remove it by dropping a bit then out and up. You just have to be careful not to drop it, of course.
