Maybe this will help someone else. I purchased an EK1 Lite. It came with a microSD card, but was absolutely blank. You need to create a folder on the microSD card called EK1LITE and a folder inside that called update , then put the firmware files in there. Then run the firmware update.

Thank you so much for this. I was confused as I was following along the video and then my EK1Lite was saying there was no files. Really saved some time!

mine was blank too, assuming you also have to make a maps folder too?
