Nope. It's $329. I got a bunch of points after the purchase of the truck and then got some discount for 4th of July. All together I paid $50.34 after taxes...and I think that was a little much. I would never pay full price for it tho.
It's not designed to stop a real thief, just the casual thief. A lock is only designed to keep an honest person honest! Either way, the price is too high.
Yea, this is way overprice.. this is only good to prevent your kids from grabbing your stuff without your permission.. or if you have ammo or something small you just bought and don't want them to grab the ammo while you do another quick stop.. when i mean kids, i mean 12+.with behaviour problems.. i don't understand why ford didnt just add a lock to the center box. My jeep wrangler has that. Oh yea, because they wanted as cheap as possible,, but if you want to polish your maverick it will turn out more expensive than a bmw after all.
Did you notice the key fob shaped hole in bottom of the folding piece?? That's for the " DEAD FOB " placement.. you were supposed to remove the factory lower padded piece in the bottom of the console.. Which exposes a cut out in the shape of your Fob.. when you have a dead Fob... you place it in the cut out for the vehicle to enable start.. just remove the new padded piece. And drop Fob in cutout.. just sayin... That is if this vehicle is push button start.. thanks
