Still rocking a 2012 basic stock accord, but looking at these new accords is so fun to see how far Honda has gone! Great video, love the enthusiasm and friendly dialogue while still being informative! Keep it up dude

Agree. Coming from a Sonata Limited, this car is very plastic inside. But not as plasticy as the Camry and it has a better touch screen than the Camry. I will however say, despite that, I love my new Honda Accord Sport. I have this exact color in the sport version instead of the sport se. The only feature I really miss moving from Hyundai to Honda is the TPMS system that my Hyundai had. My Accord will tell me when my tire is low, however, it doesn't tell me which one or give me advance insight when something is starting to go downhill. My sonata gave me a live tire pressure read on the screen that told me which tire was low and the exact tire pressure. That system helped me find problem tires before they got too low to trigger a low-pressure warning. Think tires that have nails and so forth with slow air leaks.

Yea I love Hyundai tpms system, Hyundai is leading the pack for sure

My two favorite colors on the Accord are sonic gray and still night blue. I wish I had leather seats in my 2021 Honda Accord 2.0T Sport. The wheel hubs on the Sport trim are the best looking and most stolen item.

Wheel locks are a must before driving off the lot with this car

Power passenger seat also. That leather smell lasts forever which is not a bad thing. Capless gas tank. Auto lock feature is nice. Auto brights. Lights automatically turn on when wipers are on. Stereo is OK for most part, could have been wireless also but isn't, Bluetooth audio is substitute for that. No blind spot sensors either. Otherwise this car hugs the road real nice and drives like a 6 cylinder even though its a 1.5 4 cylinder.

Thanks for the video. Very informative. The build date for my SE is 9/28. Can't wait. Will have them add PDC and the black badges. Then take down to our local window tint shop to add llumar Stratos 30 with llumar Air 80 on the front windshield.

Crazy that at one point dealerships would sit on these for months. But blacking out badges is the way to go

Which seats are more comfortable, in your opinion, the leather seats in the SE, or the seats in the regular Sport trim?
@KevinCrespo
@KevinCrespo 2 года назад
Both comfy in my opinion full leather just makes it a little stiffer. So I'd go with SE

My 2018 Accord 1.5T just had a fuel injector fail at 58k error code P0172 (posted on my channel). It's a good looking car but once the warranty expires you're on your own and you have no idea how expensive modern Honda engines are to fix. Oil changed at 80%, Shell regular used 80% of the time, always did warm up the car in the winter. Dealer so out of touch they recommended brake fluid replacement at 30k. I've never seen this part fail in ANY of my past cars. When asked why fuel injectors failed so early they said they see them all the time and $1600-$2500 would fix my out of warranty problem and warranty is only for 12k/12mos! Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice...
@KevinCrespo

Bro. You’re bugging I had a ‘21 Accord Sport. Just traded it in for a ‘22 Camry SE. Both were being used as commuter cars driven 140 miles daily. I’m 6’3 256 pounds. The accord has more hip and head room than the Camry. The Camry has more room in the footwell and the seats are more comfortable. The infotainment system in the Accord looks better and is more intuitive. But the sound system is straight garbage and the Camry is waaay better. The amount of people who have needed head gasket replacements on the Accord is crazy. 35K, 45K, and another at 65K. All coworkers of mine. Older guys. No leadfoot and on top of the maintenance. Weak CVT transmission. All of us but one swapped for the Camry. The other guy got lucky and his was covered under warranty. Fuel economy is better in the Camry too. I’ve been buying Hondas and Toyotas for the past 35 years. Honda quality has gone way down. Don’t get me started on that bottom sensor. A little bit of snow or dirt and it stops working.
