Do you think the fuel economy will be better than the outgoing model? If yes what would be the educated guess?

Which one wins. Vehicle control, AWD, time track. 2023 WRX STI vs 2023 Toyota Corolla GR

Is it going to be quicker then a Type R, Focus RS, BMW 135i , AMG 35/45s, Audi S3/RS3, Hyundai i30N, Golf R, Skoda Oct RS, Toyota Yaris GR. All the WRX/STI owners face palming and head banging themselves. There is no upgrade path. Just like what they did with the Forester XT, i now have no Subaru turbo SUV to upgrade. Have to hang on to my current.
