We have no idea if they could even get their hands on one. With the bike shortage we have here In Canada, I suspect it’s the same for the US boys. The YZ250F is a fantastic bike and it won the 2022 shootout. He’ll probably love it!

@@Thom1883 watched there videos for years, he was talking to a few people as 1 deal was a brand new RMZ250 since he rode daltons and the second one was a RMZ450 that was a pros bike with a bunch of extras and extremely cheap. But he brought the YZ250f for some reason as his never rode the newest model but it’s a lot better if a bike then suzuki as I’ve owned a new yz250f but just personally preference

@@kontrollme9034 I’ll be honest I think Suzuki’s look bad unless there factory with the yellow rims, yoshi pipe and some JGR graphics but I have owned a 03 rm250 which I spent about 4k on building it and not going to lie it was a pile of garbage. It didn’t want to start especially in the cold, but when it did the power felt so smooth and the bike was pinned out 3-4 gear and didn’t go no where and suspension was horrible but maybe that was because it had the kyb stuff on which I know the showa for the Suzuki’s are the key for a suspension set up. But 2 of my friends has got Suzuki’s 1 has a 08 rm250 and that thing runs super lean but I think that’s down to the owner but bike has locked up 2 times within 6 months of owning it. His had to replace the whole transmission which was super hard to find and the other was a rmz250 2014 I believe and that has blown up once on him. But I think from how technology has come so far people won’t choose suzuki unless they change which if they do I’m going to put a down payment on one.

Yeah if you don’t wanna switch to a 125 as you said you was tired of the 2 strokes, then a 250 is definitely gonna pull you around nice

That’s fact. And this one ain’t even nice and blown out yet. Lol

It’s actually from the cylinder head porting as well as camshaft changes they did on the 17+ model yz250fs that causes them to sound so raspy. We had one and I couldn’t stand how fucking raspy it was, any aftermarket pipe should take it mostly away.

@@Thom1883 they must have some wild porting that makes the intake the shape of a chocolate starfish. I port heads on a weekly basis and use all sorts of cams in my builds of every make and model and I never have them sound like this. 😅 I assumed it was because they let the newer yzfs overrev a bit compared to most other brands and the air was getting insanely turbulent as it left the exhaust, but I could be wrong

After I got my 93 Storm back from a lot of expensive engine work, it had the most beautiful sound, it shook the ground & growled like a Top Fuel. Too bad sound doesn't mean chit, that pos couldn't get out of it's own way! lol
