@@dominionhands8967 Well let me correct you on some of that. The incident happened in the early 90's and TXSU has always been the smaller band, bigger sound and of course, more entertaining than the rest.

TxSU has the best Trumpets in the SWAC. Not the loudest, but the best quality. They did beat SU's and JSU's in the fanfare battles last year. The Boom screamers traditionally hangs over at the end of every song turning great arrangements to trash.🗑 And when SU's trumpets feel intimated they get over anxious and start doing the same thing JSU does. TXSU's trumpets are much more cleaner than both on songs and fanfares. I'd rather like to hear a battle between T-Conn and Norfolk's trumpets.

@@kevinstewart8876 y'all got us last year no denying that but this year they slightly fell off they're not as powerful as last year, they got some cleaning up to do

@@DajournoTFI kinda felt like our trumpets fell off a bit this year but they haven’t. The band has a better balance this year. Ocean is truly a band you have to see in person. Oct 28 and Nov 4!

GSU sounds decent but they had some chinks in the armor as well, cough cough, missed pitches from btones and Mellos, weird execution at times, and the goddamn trumpet section
