for such a nightmare of a day and even trouble during the race it did make for an eventful time. So wasnt a complete loss. Found out that due to only 7 cars in N1 class they limit the championship points for that race... so even though I match the 1st, 2nd, 4th place of the other guy Im now technically 4 points behind in 2nd place in the championship RIP
I tell my self its for my own personal diary and views dont matter... but constantly on a few hundred views is always a kick in the nuts. Perhaps my viral mountain drifting vids have spoilt me :p but thanks for the comment, Ill continue on recording and uploading more interesting races for at least a bit.
@@JesseStreeter the small view count keeps things feeling intimate and niche. chasing views can sometimes make the content feel too much like a product. dont be ashamed! im sure the few hundred of us that do watch these regularly are more invested than the average viewer on your mountain vids (not saying those arent cool tho) ^ ^
@@JesseStreetera different title would help and some fancy writing on the Video pic. With this video you could have written something about “Civic racing in Japan. Started from the back with issues” etc
@@_Mav can try but usually very busy just getting car ready and making adjustments before each session so is tricky to fit much more in. As it was in this race, got the car running literally 5 mins before the race and was just lucky the cameras were setup from the start of the day or wouldnt have had any footage at all :p
Lots of 3rd gen fits out that day by the looks of it. Also seriously impressive race, I have been more invested in the last 5 minutes of the race than any TV show I've ever watched I think.

Pretty fun watching you change your driving to try prevent the fuel cutoffs :) I can almost imagine myself on the driver seat trying to just keep the momentum, baaaaarely using the throttle so avoid cutoffs haha Knowing how you struggled I have noooo idea why he didn't keep it on the inside for the last corner though :)
I didnt get to talk to him after the race as I was trying to sort the cars coolant issue so I could drive home, I would guess that the back markers/mid field are not nearly as aggressive / competitive compared to the front so me being a bit of a bully he was giving me lots of space.
