Looks like something we were in about 3 weeks ago on our way to the bahamas. We stopped about halfway and turned around and went to cozumel but the waves were splashing up on deck 5. I would have guessed 6m swells. We could see the land lights in cozumel that night just going up and down below us as we sat on deck 5. We were on a smaller ship too so that made it worse.
I was in the Grand Dining Room when th incident occurred. people together with crockery went flying through the air. But not me. I do not understand why but I was not frightened in the slightest.. the crew were magnificent. Dr Barry Moss age89.
