2023 Buick GL8 ES in-depth Walkaround
The GL8 has further strengthened its dominant presence in China's premium MPV segment with a refreshed portfolio. The new portfolio offers customers a more luxurious, comfortable, and intelligent driving and riding experience while meeting their diverse mobility needs for family and business use.
The GL8 ES model boasts a dynamic and powerful look, highlighted by its all-new grille design. To better support family needs, the GL8 ES lineup now includes three variants with family-oriented features, including Continental ContiSeal tires that reduce the risk of punctures and flat tires for extra driving safety. These tires also offer balanced performance, comfort, and handling.
Measuring 5219mm in length, 1878mm in width, 1805mm in height, and a wheelbase of 3088mm, the GL8 ES is equipped with a 2.0T variable-cylinder turbocharged engine, a 9-speed HYDRA-MATIC intelligent gearbox, and a 48V mild hybrid system. With these components, it can achieve a maximum power of 174KW, a torque of 350NM, and a fuel consumption of only 7.97L under comprehensive working conditions.
