Great videos bro. U were a big influence in me getting a 2021 LT1 shadow metallic grey. Color is amazing blue/greenish depending on the light. It was super clean with 23K on it. Figured last hurrah for a V8 6 speed. Should not depreciate much. First car was a 78LT. I am coming full circle in my 50s lol. Really has everything u need, nothing u don't. Mine is tinted dark so its feels like the bat mobile inside. Just starting it up makes it all worth it.
Glad I could help man happy to hear you’re loving the car! It sounds really sweet especially with the 6-Speed hope you continue to enjoy it for years to come👍🏼
Just got a 23’ 1SS 1LE and am loving it. As a long time BMW owner, I can say the M3 reference to the steering is on point. Car reminds me of the E92 M3 without the understeer and much better brakes. Love the videos.
How have you been hanging in there with it? Is it a daily? I'm seeing these 1LE go for low/mid 30's used and I'm ok with a 30-40k mileage one. These things are built to last I'm not worried about it at all. BMW's are usually cozy. I'm really looking at these more Mustang GT.
@@drewmorg. I actually sold it to Carvana about a month ago. With 1360 miles, they gave me $1500 less than what I paid for it last November. As a daily, I would definitely say no. For me, it was just a weekend car and I found myself driving it less and less. It has a lot of great attributes, but it's biggest downfall is a lack of practicality. We were moving a few months back. My wife was using our other car (Tesla Model Y Performance) and I had to take a couple of boxes over to the new house. I could not fit a normal sized box in the trunk, due to the shape, and it wouldn't fit in the passenger seat with it all the way back. The other negatives I found are pretty much the same ones that everyone else mentions. The Mustang has a lot more practicality. I think that's why it outsells the Camaro. Don't get me wrong the Camaro was definitely fun, but it just didn't fit my needs. I wound up placing and order for a G80 M3 with a manual. I had a 21' G80 M3 Competition for about 8 months and loved it. Aside from the automatic transmission that is. Hope the info helps you.
I just bought a 2023 LT1 RS package in black with black wheels and the performance exhaust. I love the car. The front face looks better in person. It’s a great value.
Even though I got a 2022 LT1 of my own back in January, i still watch videos of people testing/reviewing them out😂 absolutely love my Camaro, im also on a lease & will most likely buy it afterwards🙏🏽 great video my man
Thanks Andrew I was the same way😂 always watching LT1 videos until I just started making them myself lol glad you’re loving the car tho wish you luck with it!👍🏼🙏🏼
100% buy it at the end dude!!!! That was my plan and i got into a WRangler and 100% regretted it and it cost me a lot to get back into another one which i pick up today!
@@john_frangione my 2018 1SS was about $41k New and came with SS features so good luck with paying that much for a lower optioned LT1. I paid $32k after financing.
That engine sound is intoxicating. NPP is the best stock exhaust note I've ever heard. I love loud V8's, and usually need to delete or modify the muffler to get the sound I like. The NPP doesn't even need to be modified on the Camaro.
Ferman was the dealer that finally got the numbers I was looking for for supplier pricing. Rebecca at Ferman couldn't of been happier to help me. Picking it up this evening and its my 2nd LT1, my first was a 2021. Can't say enough about how grateful I am to them at Ferman. I got quotes from 8+ dealers on LT1s ranging from 39-43k and was getting quotes from 495 all the way up to 780 a month.....Ferman was by far the easiest to work with and by far the more enjoyable of the 10+ dealers I dealt with.
@@koala2686 Yes, the visibility is terrible! Lol but don't let that stop you. You have to be VERY careful until you get used to it. Mine had the rear spoiler camera, do that helps out a ton. I traded it for a C7, which is the only thing better than the Camaro in my opinion. If it wasn't a Corvette, I'd still have the Camaro.
This one is spec out pretty well but I’d rather have the tech package included instead of those dealer installed options. Hope u made it through the storm ok!
At this price point I’d have to agree especially since most of those options haven’t been installed yet lol. Thankfully everything’s fine at least for most people in my area.. Fort Meyers, Naples, and parts of Sarasota took the worst of it I appreciate the concern Scott!! 🙏🏼
One final point the color he’s referring to in the video is called wild cherry tint coat. They only made it for 2021 and 2022 GM discontinued Wild Cherry tint coat after that. It will be a collectors item. It’s about as close to Candy Apple red as you’ll ever get on a Chevy!
Dont beat on it until at leaat 100 miles for the vakes to seat etc. And the TR6060 manual trans is actually quicker (provided you are really good with stick). And max acceleration is obtained in D dont use the paddles, they're just there for sporty feel and do not enhance accelerstion
Will add that I think the lip on the Goodyear run flats protect the black rim a bit. Had the firehawk Indy 500s on my 2015 Q60 and the rims were constantly getting blasted. How r your rims holding up with the Firestones u have?
You’re right about the lip the Goodyears certainly had more of it. I haven’t had any issues however I’ve been pretty lucky when it comes to curbs lol hopefully the luck doesn’t run out!
Hey Buddy, I can tell you're really into the Camaro, and that you know what you're talking about. I can verify, everything you say is factual. Raul huh? Okay. Good job with this video. Thanks!
Anyone know the part number for that polished/chrome-ish V shaped piece on the front grille? Is it addable onto non rs bumper or is that part of the whole bumper?
I just wanted to ask about the gap between driver window and quarter window I did pour water on that gap and water goes in and the side of the door to bottom is wet. Can you make video for that issue because im sure im not the only one bothering about it
3/7/2023 The driver seat does not recline beyond 20 degrees from vertical, unlike the Mustang GT seat which reclines 50 degrees. The Camaro's unreclinable seat was a deal breaker for me. Next time, show the viewers just how little that driver seat reclines.
I’m looking at the 2023 and it’s not showing me the option for the 10 speed on the lt1 it’s just showing the 6 speed or when u get it in automatic does it automatically put it as a 10 speed
Yes. I have at least 6-8” of more room to slide the seat back but I have the steering wheel all the way towards me and it feels perfect. It may feel a tad far away for you but barely bc I’m sure u got longer arms.
☝️🤡,, WANT TO BE RICH? drive an old beater, paid off. All a car like this does is scream, I am in heavy debt and have no savings. This black hole will bleed me for years and years ..
If Your a Ford die hard all you have is the Mustang. If your a GM fan then you have Camaro, Firebird (over most of the Camaros Life Span), Corvette, and many other performance GM cars. Thats the real reason Mustang usually out sold the Camaro.
