I had an awesome experience about six years ago durning dive quest. Before you dive they take you on a tour and give you a bunch of info. One of the things they told my group was don’t touch the animals most especially the endangered ones or you they will have you arrested. However if an animal touches you that’s ok but keep your hands to yourself. I was the first one going into the water in my group, one of the sea turtles starting swimming up to me. All I could hear was the dive master screaming at me Don’t Touch It! I was an about knee deep entering the water on the steps when the turtle kind of nuzzled my thigh for a couple of seconds with its face. I promise my hands were far away from touching it. What a once in a lifetime experience.
