I think that happens because creative impossible gameplay is really hard to make. This combined with the decoration which has to meet ILL standards. Said standards are actually very high for an impossible level, especially the gameplay.
most of these are literally just invisible gameplay with fake gameplay on top of it. If a level like that were in the top 10 people would shit on it all the same

ILL is close-to Death There are SO MANY Deleted Top 10 ILs not included on the list (and here) that in the fact: Singularity is Top 15 (or even more) Now TRUE Top 10 is METH DEATH X (Top 7 on the list and Top 8 in this vid) ILL is very outdated and... theres no motivation of making Future Top 1 ILs (I Myself starded making my own Top 1 IL MILES AHEAD of CYCLOLCYC and True Schafs but... what is the point of doing that... i will eventually complete Blackout but im not sure when) Its embarassing because its SO EASY to make Top 10 even Top 5 IL these days without knowing that much (its so easy to place its own IL i nTop 10 maybe thats why list it Deleting ILs just because doesnt meet high quality standarts and thats why ILL is SO OUTDATED)
LF Tax evasion lmao how do u miss the top 1 ILL Edit: Unnerfed kingdom of miraclis and Ton 618 are also harder than most levels on this list but wont be found on the ILL cause of the CPS limit (that both levels break by a LONG shot lol).

Humanly impossible: something that a human can't beat due to physical limitations, but there isn't any obstacle that is unbeatable under any circumstances. Physically impossible: has an obstacle that is unbeatable by any circumstances. SC 15 CPS ver. isn't top 10. Unnerfed SC doesn't qualify for the ILL. TON 618 doesn't qualify either.
Joke Resubmission doesn't meet ILL standards due to the gameplay. Schafs II got removed due to the quality. Tax Evasion, I don't know why. MINUStheory isn't in the list (afaik).
This is showcase list they are only possible with bots so I don't think they will reach the Impossible Difficulty av list since many are physically impossible
