We are back at the Desert Botanical Garden to go cactus, succulent, and pottery shopping at the 2023 Fall Plant Sale! There are two sales that take place each year at the garden, once in the fall and once in the spring. It never gets old because the inventory is different every time. I can never make it to the first day of the sale because I have to work during the week, but maybe next time I'll plan ahead and take the day off because I heard the best pickings are at the opening of the sale. Someday!
This year we also have Mark Muradian pottery back at the sale. It turns out that they used to have pottery vendors before the pandemic and since I'm a pandemic cactus person, I didn't know how things were pre-pandemic.
I believe this is my second longest video ever! I hope you enjoy walking through the sale with me as we see what cactus and succulents are up for grabs this year.
BTW, attending the sale requires online reservations (it's a free reservation). Botanical Garden members get 10% off plants and there's no sales tax.
