This is the new 2023 Genesis GV70 Sport Prestige. This GV70 comes in capri blue on obsidian black sport leatherette interior. The powertrain consists of a 2.5 liter turbocharged 4 cylinder engine mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Standard features of this GV70 Sport Prestige include Bluetooth audio, a backup camera, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto compatibility. Additional features include a navigation system, power sunroof, and heated/cooled front seats.

I like the review, I’m also liking how my 2023 Kia Sportage mirrors many of the same features, basically because they’re the same manufacturer upscaled. Great product, I’m loving my Kia even more knowing it has the same foundation as their higher end models. 👍🏾🎯🔥

A nice, honest review. You called out its shortcomings. But you fall into the trap (like many reviewers) of explaining the obvious and missing the interesting. We all know what h/vac controls do, what the glovebox holds, what door recesses can hold--no need to explain them. But you said that programming the fingerprint feature opens up other options, but you never say what they are. Does the car have a spare tire? Many don't--and for me, at least, that's a deal breaker. Explain what is different or unique to the GV70. The rest is no surprise.

I think there was an inflator kit instead of spare tire.

⁠@@arvindramesh1830Does it sit lower than a typical SUV? Also, any idea when more stand-alone dealerships will be built (I’d there a list somewhere?). We are interested in this car but only the dealership nearby is in another town 45 miles away. We are in a big city. Thanks!

Nice Overall review! In your drive, Do you detect any Turbo Lag? I like this SUV . I have no real need for a 3 Row SUV despite the fact that I have a 22 Acura MDX now. This is a vehicle to consider to replace the MDX in August 2024.

you have to remember the turbos have to spool up and paddle shifters help with that. manual control

😬😬😬 GV70 for me, but if you need the extra space, GV80 is more luxurious/spacious. GV70 just feels more sporty, and I like the styling better on it as well.

How do you not even mention the turn signal video on your gauges but you spend all that time on the windshield wiper settings that are literally the same as a car since the 90’s. That’s an extremely important feature to just ignore.

If you want the space and extra “elegance” that comes with the 80, I say it’s worth it. If you take a “sharper” looking vehicle over a “fancy” one, I’d go with the 70

Even though I'm interested in the car, why has no owners commented that it has a mechanical design flaw. The rear differentials are known to fail and the replacement part does as well. . In Canada it's only warrantied up to 5 year-100K. after that.. it's a $4500.00 repair (over & over again). Has me very concerned before I even think of buying used. It's just a Hyundai!
