Don't be misguided from his Provisional certificate logic please. If you have a marksheet consider it as a transcript otherwise the case will be rejected and you need to pay again to get the new form. Remember in your prayers 🙏

@muhammadwaqas6448 get your transcript and degree attested from HEC then MOFA. HEC only attest your Bachelor and Master but they require all your education docs for the record

For degree details, Please consult HEC Attestation Division. Sir I have attested my original degree and transcript from HEC but on portal verification, it shows "For degree details, Please consult HEC Attestation Division means no data of attestation verification. " And I have talked to the Assistant Director HEC Karachi. He says it is the issue from Islamabad now what should I do?

Marks doesn't matter here. Authenticity of Degree is matter. FSc is only for record.

When you download your form after initial scrutiny there you'll be find the details of degree to be sent and all of that will be original and along with there copies.
