I was my prioritize my health. So making all the appointments for different doctors I never see and should. Move more (no set number or goal just do it) drink more water and eat what I want but in moderation

I was at a meeting last night and the main leader kept saying “I will say” and it took everything I had not to giggle and repeat it lol. This year I have intentions about reading, building healthy routines, and finances.

How do F do you read 69 books a year :( That's almost 6 a month. I want to start reading again so bad I'm just not sure how, I can't seem to shut off my brain and concentrate on reading. Tips? Please

You could do the penalty jar, and instead of having the money for yourself at the end of the year, you have to donate it? That way the money is going towards a good cause, but you’re not thinking “oh I can use this money from skipping the gym to buy makeup” haha
