Please stop showing the live scoring, especially in the earlier rounds, Jomez. You guys had it perfect before. Nobody wants to see spoilers when they're watching post production. It does make some sense to show what other players are doing towards the end of the final 9,(although we can also see it on gatekeeper if we want) but I really don't want a graphic that's spoiling what everyone else shot way earlier in the day of the first rounds. You guys made a mistake with this change and I'm just trying to bring attention to it because it makes viewing way less exciting
We're focused on watching the card that is featured but keep hearing about what all the other players shot(without seeing any footage of it) and it's taking away from the post production viewing experience. Almost like pretending to be a live PGA production except it's a day later and you're not showing us footage of anyone else throwing... There was a certain niche to post production disc golf footage that usually made it more fun to watch imo but is being ruined by this year's change
@@briand3956 God is it ever annoying... You think they would have been spoiling us with everyone else's scores, had the featured-card players not also been playing well? Probably not, or if they had, I would have quit watching because I'd already've known they're out of contention at that point
37:12 basket spits out what by all means should be a made putt. I didnt pay attention to the baskets being used but as soon as I seen the putt spit my mind went "wow, that must be a prodigy basket" low and behold, it is.
I love Conrad’s game, the way he throws those discs is a work of art - but it confounds me that a player at his level doesn’t have a fore hand shot. Think of how incredible he is without one and then imagine what he could do with one?? He’s taking birdies off the table without one, I don’t get it. It’s like a MLB pitcher having a killer fast ball but zero curve ball. One season of practice, with his Disc Golf IQ, and he would be able to crush those fore hands!! C’mon, Conrad, I believe in you, bud!!😃😃
Uli had one of those sentences that disc golfers understand and literally nobody else at 15:30 "A right to left cross head, which is why when that nose got down, it got smacked right to the ground."
Hole 7, Ellis tee shot, Big Jerm commentary: "That's about 207 feet to the pin." About? You sure it wasn't more like "about" 208 or possibly 206 ft. and 8 or 9 inches? Keep being the best you two!
The hardest working coverage team in disc golf? Wow - what an event. Thank you very kindly, JomezPro. For me this year, the weekend's big story is FPO, and the player who won it. Sorry, MPO, you got upstaged by one of the most emotional and crowd-pleasing wins in disc golf history.
Hole 8 looks super easy I can't believe it's not parked more often. So many players I've watched have flubbed it. Guess with the wind and the pressure from the high stakes this one seems to get in their head. Steep roll down if it catches an edge I guess has players pulling their punches
McBeth is not on his game right now. He isn't playing well right now. BUT Calvin is ABSOLUTELY DESTROYING IT THIS YEAR! He is playing like how McBeth did in 2015 when he took down every single major and his worst finish of the year was 3rd! YEAH IN 2015 McBeth's WORST FINISH WAS 3RD! Calvin flipped a switch in the off-season!
Told y'all. The course is only easy for these guys when there's no wind. Sunday was a more normal spring day in Arkansas -- windy with stretches of really windy. Was awesome to watch the best in the world not make EVERY putt they looked at. Great course. Great tournament.
🖕🏻 PDGA I play in one disc golf tournament a year but this year I was excluded because I do not have A PDGA number. The PDGA is now demanding an extra $50 a year so I can play in one tournament. Thanks for ruining disc golf for me🖕🏻
“That’s like ESPN spot shouting someone rolling their ankle.” Just saying, y’all spot shouted out Eagle needing to take a leak in the portapotty yesterday. 😂😂😂
Anyone else feel like you need that Rainman memory to calculate what the score is 🧐? Always seem to miss those 10sec where they actually tell you the score 😂 Call the manager!! ❤ /Jomezpro2022Fan
It was a high, weak side 20 footer that was blasted probably 25 mph, and the wind was moving right to left. A lot of baskets will spit that exact putt out quite often.
Jerm/Uli, I am surprised that no one is using a wind speed meter to check wind speed during the round. I don't know, just an engineer's thoughts...🤷🏼♂️
Rooting for Corey he needs one. Anyone but Eagle. That walking up to the basket on 6 after the arms crossed made me realize why I don't like him. You need to watch your card mates reaction after a miss...thats class.
@Jomez, thanks for always showing what disc these players are using off the tee. Very underrated piece of production! Don’t get that on gatekeeper or ccdg Possible to get for upshot’s too?😊
A lot of people seem to think James' spit out on hole 9 is the exact reason why the Prodigy baskets shouldn't be used. It was a high, weak side 20 footer blasted about 25 mph with a considerable right to left wind (from James' perspective). I can't stand Prodigy baskets either, but this putt is not a good example for why they suck. Most baskets will spit that exact putt out often.
Conrad Running Up From The Parking Lot?? Limit the Run Up and Level the Playing Field since everyone isn't 9' Foot Tall. Big Perm should be Commentary for the Senior Tour Any Year Now.... Til then I Watch on Mute. Uli is a Rockstar Watched His Vids and Utilized alot of his tips starting out. Does Big Perm help anyone but Himself??
