2023 Kawasaki ZX-10R KRT Edition vs Ducati Panigale V2: Which Superbike Should Kirk Buy?

Just out of curiosity, how many miles/kms did you do before the engine gave up?

How many miles did you have on the bike before it gave up and did you get on it these ZX10 are bulletproof they can go a hundred thousand miles easy. I have a GSXR Hayabusa I purchase a 2005 brand new just turned twenty thousand miles on it I I'm in Connecticut we can't ride very often weather the bike looks like it came out of the showroom I got 20 more years probably riding it not even broken on yet however I'm thinking about trading it in and getting the ZX10 that bike is amazing personally I think it's the best liter bike out. Especially for the dollar.

Welcome back to riding! You are right about the comfort levels of the S1000rr and the ZX10. The comfort level of the bikes has become increasingly more important for me as I have gotten older. Your height and build will determine what level of comfort a bike offers. I am 6'2" around 210 lbs and have found the bikes that fit me best. I have owned many different motorcycles and have narrowed my collection down to 16 bikes...haha! I have previous iterations of both of these motorcycles 2013 BMW S1000rr and (2 ) 2010 Kawasaki ZX10r. A few years ago, I also added a 2018 S1000r to the stable. All have great engines, handling, and comfort! ...these bikes are keepers for me. That being said, I have a soft spot for Kawasakis. The ZX10r has been a phenomenal machine since its inception

I actually have an opportunity to pick up a 2023, ZX 10 RR, which would replace this bike.

I have the 2 Wheel Dynoworks Flash on my 2016 ZX10R KRT and its AMAZING! the QS and Blip is as good as anything i've had the chance to ride, even the new S1000RR's.

I couldn’t justify it since the dealership paid me basically what I paid for the ZX-10R. I will surely miss the KRT edition.

@@CK_RIDES Understood...still, you can always add another KRT edition in the future, if you wind up missing having it in the garage! It's a great all around sportbike and I know you loved that color scheme...haha

I actually has the chance to buy both. When I threw my leg over the RSV4 Factory...it just didn't feel right. And it was also not the color I wanted. Their ZX-10RR on the other hand felt familiar and comfortable. Not to mention the incredible engine. Cant wait to Dyno tune it.

About the zx10rr i would get it but on the other hand, would nt 🤣 the value is too high! In what color R U going?

Me too. The Panigale V2 is nice...but it won't be around long.

Wind protection is about the same for all bikes.

They may not look good but the sure do work well on the track. And that’s what matters the most.

Yes. But AP scores low on the reliability chart.

I'm a HUGE Aprilia Fan. The RSV4 definitely will be in my stable.

I agree. I hated my Panigale. Sounds terrible and it melted my *ss every ride. Never again.

Because first, its stock exhaust and second, its a v twin, videos never do justice to what ducatis actually sound like in real life, it muffles most of its deep bassy sound. You gotta hear a ducati v2 akrapovic in real life man, its something else

@@ozacar3979 different people have different taste, personally i like both of them and v twins sound is more of an acquired taste, you start listening to them more and then you realize why its so good

I got rid of this bike after 2 months. It was the worst bike ive ever ridden. Track is great. Street its horribly uncomfortable outside of leathers.

Not really. More like a 600. It was gutless. That bike lasted 2.5 months with me before I sold it to a Collector. Worst. Bike Ever.
