Thank you for not whining about the range like so many reviewers do. I see that your observed range was a little better than advertised anyway. I have one, and I find that the range is just fine - and the acceleration is shocking. I had an order in for a BMW i4 M50 (since forever!) but one test drive in this car made me a convert. I genuinely like it more than the BMW, and it was WAY less expensive. It’s a spectacular car, and I appreciate it more with each drive. I agree with you, 5 out of 5. Thanks for a great review!
I used to own a mach-e gt performance. I've driven the model y performance and the model s plaid. I can confidently say that the Kia EV6 GT is an amazing car!! I've owned the GT for a few weeks now and it's such a great car. I'd get one over any Tesla (except the Plaid which is from another planet). Everything just works.
Sam, thank you. Two questions: Can the sounds be turned off so that the actual sound of the EV6GT can be heard? Is "cattle guard" a reference to a storm drain grate that looks like a section of fence? I'm from New England and at a loss for the term.
Yes the sounds can be turned off, bit the EV6 really has no natural sound to speak of. Yes cattleguards are the grates we cross on the roadways where a fence line intersects. This area has sections of grazing land for cattle and they will not walk across the steel grates, thus it allows a break in the fence for a road but still contains the cattle.
