Hook the fan direct to the battery and put it on an on/off switch that you turn on manually

Sensor in the back of the airbox is the ambient pressure sensor; new location as on the TPI it sat on the tray under the oil pump.

I put a teail tech fan on my 23 250 xcf using the model designed for the 16-18 years since there's not one for the new 23s, perfect fit. Not sure if it would be the same for the 2 strokes

Have they modified the bottom radiator hoses to stop them chaffing on the power valve body?

Yes. Well, the power valve covers are different which looks like it will solve that problem

I am not a fan of them. I find them to feel weird and be hard to adjust. Some people really like them though. I LOVE Bulletproof levers though.

@@highlandcycles Nah AXP and EE bot offer tougher RAD guards with a crossbar between the two rads. Works a lot tougher for what I need. The BP guards just dont cover as well as they do for KTM. But honestly I dont like just the front brace/guard design anyways.

Looks like the battery cable is being pinched by the tank/shroud. I hope your 40:1 isnt going to gum the power valve up and cause issues. But i said it.

yeah, I fixed that later. I don't think it will. The bike is running perfectly and I have been running that in my 18 300XC-W for over 500 hours. If anything, this should be more efficient and gum up less.
