I understand why wearing white is "the bravest." White is the shirt that is most susceptible to having stains due to squirts from sauces, oils, food particles, droppings, drink spillage. And accidents DO happen. If ever that happens @rion, (I hope not) please do us the favor not to change your shirt. LOL! 😁

東西南北新宿ぐるり旅ありがとうごさいました！新宿には、ほとんど行かないのですが歌舞伎町周辺もすごく治安良さそうでビックリしました。歌舞伎町towerの中がネオンでガチャポン尽くし＆DJブースとパリピフロア有りなの知りませんでした😂神戸和牛バーガー🍔も美味しそうでした😋ランチで4千円近く払うの勇気いりますね😅でもそんなに美味しいなら食べたいです！新宿御苑広いですねぇ緑にめっちゃ癒されそうです。🌲✨行った事ないので行ってみたいです😆都庁の展望室行った事ないです🎹ピアノ有名ですね😊あと、ペンギン🐧の鳴き声がよくわからないけど、秀逸でした😂👍あとビデオの中で後ろ髪がずっとトサカみたいで素敵でした😂👍大変癒されました🤣ありがとうございました！

Great, let everyone know which side of Kabukicho Godzilla Street is safe👍, Kabukicho Tower is indeed a great place, 7:35 the waiter at was scared by Rion😄, this Kobe beef burger is so attractive to me, and garlic sauce , I really want to eat it😋🍺, Kobe beef meat imported from Japan in my country is of course expensive, the Kobe beef burger sold in our country is not expensive, about 1500 JPY but I think better go to Japan to eat fresher ones😄. 13:10 Hi Rion, I visited Japan every year and this the same IKEA i went last January 2023. Which i bought IKEA blue color donut just 200 and hot coffee. Soft ice during winter 2023 i still remember with strawberry flavor. Your video make me more stay memorable. For sure will return to Japan next January 2024. Shinjuku holds the sweetest spot for me among all the cities/wards of Tokyo. I stayed for a year in Chofu and Shinjuku was the main hub of the train lines coming from the west part of Tokyo, i.e. Keio and Keio Sagamihara. I love the east part of Shinjuku station. I think that is where the traditional (small streets with small restaurants) and the modern Shinjuku meet (Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bldg), Takashimaya and Kinokuniya Main store. Thank you for featuring Shinjuku!

What a great and interesting walk in Shynjuka showing to the audience many aspects of the city from all the sides in and out. I have really got the total idea of it in a virtual form. As for me your lunch meal - the Shynjuku park and the free observatory at the municipal building were the highlights of the video but I enjoyed it as a total, too. I envy you for being capable of walking and filming under such hot and humid weather conditions. Here we currently have another hot wave and I am barely leaving my home - if so and necessary only during the morning. Looking forward to your Osaka stay and new videos from Kansai region. GAAOO!!.

OMG, this was my home (south shinjuku) this past 2 weeks of June-July. Now Im back in the US. Bittersweet feeling! I used to hangout alot on that penguin square, shop a bit at Takashimaya and Newoman; get coffee at Starbucks; then take the train downstairs to Kamakura and to Mt Fuji. Oh how much I wanna go back there. Japan is so beautiful!

I wonder like in the US a lot of places claim to have a "Kobe" burger or steak but its not really true Kobe beef. Very few places in the US are authorized to sell genuine Kobe beef - only 38 places at last count. I wonder if Japan is the same way.

My friend in Netherland told me that we are ALL saying IKEA wrong 😅 It’s supposedly Eeh-Keh-Ah and not 👁️ Kia. Also from Portland, Oregon USA, a burger w/ fries and a pint of beer can easily cost you $20 already. We are staying in Shinjuku & your video is super helpful. I am about halfway through the video; First, we have a Kinokuniya in my city (Portland, OR), it opened a few years ago. Has a variety of Japanese and English books and things. That burger is not Kobe, that’s for sure. You can’t get that for such a low price. Kobe or even Waugh A4 usually works like 100 grams = 16.000 Japanese yen

Hi Rion, I’ll be visiting Japan Tokyo soon and will be staying in Shinjuku. If I take the train to and from Haneda airport, are there lift access at the Shinjuku station from the platform to ground level? Or are there a lot of stairs to navigate?

Probably no one would hurt, but sometimes there are many drunk people, or some “under the influence” people, so most likely would not be good for kids education🤔
