@@firstofall3975 No worries! Yeah, there seems to be some rev hang in the manual. You get used to it after a while.

Interesting this is 200kg lighter than a kia stinger 3.3 twin turbo has 26kw more power and yet the best quarter mile time of 12.8 in the nissan is the same as the best quarter mile of a kia stinger gt this nissan should be 12.5 seconds 😳

@@elshoudini4459 Agree. Likewise, the Toyota GR Supra models that we've tested, with less power, also returned quicker results.

Nissan dealers won't be able to sell these clunkers when Elon releases the Tesla Roadster soon! ICE engines will be museum pieces.

why would it be a 4. the z series has always had a v6

@@TasimanaOG I live in France, even if it would be imported in this country, the CO2 tax would kill it... 20k€. I Can pay a lot of parts and labours for a Porsche spécialist with this money... Don't even speak about the z dépréciation After 3 years. Which country are you from ?

We noticed that too. It does seem to surge a bit during hard acceleration (from the driver point of view). But we're not completely sure if it is fluctuating on purpose for efficiency or something. Maybe someone on here can explain that further for us, a tuner?

Torque target control for the boost

@Jason Wong Could be , If so it shows you may not get much more out the stock bottom end components . As they have set it up to drop the boost level as it approaches it maximum torque to take load off the rod's.

@@davidgriggs3967 I don't have much knowledge about the technology inside modern engines but couldn't it also be related to a lack of pressure on the fuel rail for the injectors? So that the pump is not able to put through the necessary fuel volume at all times (being to "weak"/small) and therefore reducing the boost for the mixture to stay at the necessary level? I'm always eager to learn sth new, so I welcome any feedback ^^. From @Jason Wong too

@@2in_2out If you review Videos of Nissan Z with Left Handed steering wheel you would know in actuality it indeed is for Vehicles with Left handed steering Wheel.

Uhhhhmmm, as I said this isn't a new thing for the Z . The 350z and 370z both have the handbrake in the same spot. I tHiNk ThEy JuSt WeNt MeNtAL... if they did, that was 20 years ago. It's based off the same chassis architecture it was never going to change, more to the point what does it matter and who cares lol

@@2in_2out It actually matters when you drive extreme and try to drift using a manual handbrake just like they do in rallys

Though TH noted that if you threw decent tyres on the Z the difference would be small.

Style of the Supra is much more polarizing than a bland exterior of a Z

I love tall gearing, seeing low revs when cruising is bliss.

It's absolutely normal.

There are some videos where the Z did 4.2 don't be disappointed.

Even in perfectly dry sunny weather, that thing is desperately trying to fishtail on takeoff. You need a deft driver just to go straight in the HURACAN 580-2. AWD again would have made that car better also. Driving is about more than drifting, and if that's what one absolutely must have, then the advanced AWD systems of today can allow that anyway. It's like a best of all worlds.@@DRIVENDAILYZS

No... Please no .. two versions rdw and AWD, I hate the fwd versions... I feel better and safety having a RWD car...

@@yonaasael3945 That makes no sense. RWD does put the power down way better in a straight line than FWD, but FWD is almost impossible to lose control, as understeer is way easier to correct than oversteer, especially in bad weather conditions. I was going around a roundabout in a C250, 2010 model, brand new car with brand new tyres, slightly damp conditions from a previous rain, I was going slow speed, like 10km/h max, and it lost control and did a complete 360. So called stability control did absolutely nothing. That entire event prompted me to finally go to multiple advanced drivers courses as it freaked me out. It would also never happen in a FWD. Fishtailing is dangerous unless you know what you are doing. And if you do, then of course, no problem. But for the average driver FWD is way safer than RWD. It goes AWD/FWD/RWD in terms of sheer safety controllability for the every day driver
