I don’t understand how h don’t get bloated every single night. I get bloated after everything I eat and it just makes me like feel terrible and hate myself

Babe it's totally normal I get it everyone gets bloated after a meal I know what you mean and it is hard I struggle with it. But you are amazing and you can achieve anything.x

I bloat after meals (because obviously the food has to go somewhere) but not as much as I used to because my body has gotten used to the food. and with time your body will adjust too! keep pushing x
