Yea, you guys are acting spoiled. The Lions, though lost in extremely terrible fashion had a great season and were very close. Shitagain did that same thing in 2022 so maybe next year boss! keep in touch and do hope I hear some Yes in the meantime ;)

I was watching a DVR recording that was maybe an hour or so behind real time (I always do that so I can skip through commercials), but was monitoring the current score on my phone. I kept seeing the Lions lead on my phone evaporate, little by little, and when I saw that they had blown a 17-point halftime lead and lost, I stopped watching and deleted the recording. Fortunately, I'd only gotten to the beginning of the 2nd half, so I was spared the blow-by-blow. I've seen the "highlights" and heard the talking heads yammer about it endlessly, and that's enough for me. I didn't need to see the whole Greek tragedy play out in full. I lived in the Bay Area back in the Joe Montana/Steve Young glory years, so I thought I'd be rooting for them in the Super Bowl if they beat the Lions, but after what happened I think I'll be rooting more for the Chiefs to lose than the Niners to win. The fact that the Chiefs have won 3 already in recent years plays a part, and the Swift/Kelce non-stop coverage is getting old as are all the Mahomes and Kelce commercials--but mostly I HATE that stupid "tomahawk chop!" I find it annoying as hell lmao. Yeah, once I get my finances in order, I'd like to put together a playlist of songs you and your subscribers perhaps haven't heard before, or at least haven't heard in a long time (I know that eclectic shit is kinda your channel's motif). Aside from Yes, another of my favorite bands from that era is Uriah Heep, whom I don't think a lot of people are that familiar with, especially nowadays. I could be wrong about that when it comes to you and your followers, because I know you are a savvy group, musically-speaking. Also, I've gotten into Bo Burnham in recent months, and through him Tim Minchin, who is a friggin' genius in my opinion, both musically and lyrically.
