Yeah Normal Heights BABY! Hidden gem. Also, old homes are not a con for me personally, the character is a pro. I'm pretty sure I shot stills on the house at 2.36 , just kind of funny. Good vid mate.

Love the content as always. Would love for you to cover even further inland areas where single family homes are not 1million and more 750k like alpine, el cajon, spring valley, paradise hills.

Much appreciated! Yes, even in the areas you mention staying below $750k is getting unrealistic, but I definitely need to get some highlights of those neighborhoods.

@star_platinum2821 - I have made that video! Unfortunately the funds dried up in about a week, so it wasn't very useful. It was funded again, but only have the amount of funding as last time, so it's going to go so fast it will be extremely difficult for anyone to actually get the funding from the program.

They're probably going to build all kinds of "upscale" housing that the average San Diegan cannot afford, further contributing to the housing problem instead of alleviating it. It sucks that the mall is getting deleted.

The more overall housing projects, the more opportunity for some affordable (or at least non-luxury) options. This is a good thing.
