@@tonyhaltmar1383 I think you’ll be fine bro they’ve been doing turbos forever I have a Acura RDX with a turbo and it’s been doing great. Zero problems got 60,000 miles on it. just don’t drive like a crazy. JDM and you’re good.
4Runners are awesome. However Toyota dealerships can all suck it ….. Anyone who thinks a 4 Runner should be 55-60k is insane! Dealers and their markups are going tk go out of business with these rates and these stupid prices!
My 2023 TRD Off Road Premium never feels like it’s too much car and too big . My other vehicle is a 2021 F-350 SuperDuty ! 😂 The 4 Runner is a pleasure to drive !
Got a 24 trd off road premium 3 months ago, just took a little trip down state with it, 80 - 85 mph the majority of trip, put your foot down to pass, it still goes more, is it a Corvette? No, but i didn't think it was bad at all, as far as size, its perfect for me, my work vehicle is a f350 crew cab long bed, so the 4 runner feels like driving a compact car to me. So far, i Really like it, glad i was able to get one before the 25s, they won't be the same.
Nice video. I have a minor addition to your back seat review that everyone seems to always overlook during their reviews. The backseats actually recline, which is a feature my family really enjoys on long trips.
Great job on the fair review of the ‘23 TRD Pro 4Runner. Yes, after driving so many vehicles with the 3 click turn indicator, I always miss that function on my ‘24 TRD Pro 4Runner, but such as life. These vehicles are built to last. That’s why I picked up one in May before they get away with the ‘25 model’s being totally different. I purchased my first Toyota new back in ‘83 and know how well they are made. I plan on keeping this TRD Pro from now on. Great vehicles!
Interesting my 2016 rear seats are different. They fold flat without lifting the bottom cushion. Also the rear seat is able to adjust forward or back for more leg room or more rear space.
With the 4runner, I can go 0-100 with no problems. First world problems is, wife won't let me buy a Jeep because my 4runner is not broken yet till 500k miles.
Wow nice! That's impressive for the 4Runner. On cruise control most of the time? Mind subscribing? I'm less than 100 away from 100k and could use your help!
@@shouldigetit the lack of the 3 blink function. I find it very useful. I don’t want to keep clocking the rod in place and back and clock and unclock, I know the Toyota plastic mechanism is very durable and has a strong indention feel but still
1st problem - well, that depends on the garage, another example my previous 2022 Highlander hatch also opens high enough to hit something low, it happens even on other brands not only Toyota. 2nd problem - camera is grainy and not beeping - grainy when you have the Multi Terrain Monitor system with front and back cameras, on that system the resolution is not quite good. On a simpler trim with only back view camera the resolution is pretty good and standard like on a new Highlander or Corolla. And not beeping because even the Highlander in XLE trim doesn't have the parking sensors, only the Limited edition has the sensors. So the 4Runner too - the Limited 4Runner has parking sensors but not the TRD Pro or the OffRoad. Turn blinkers - I would not complain about, knowing Toyota keeps intentionally the 4Runner unchanged in some things to be a classic old school Toyota vehicle. Yeah, again the Highlander does that or the Corolla. I think Toyota produced a huge number of 4Runner components that they have in warehouses stock and use them every year to build a new 4Runner. So that's why doesn't change. Built like an AK And YES, it's for a family like mine - 4 members going often on trips with camping, beach, visiting different places sometimes inaccessible for vehicles with regular clearance which frequently is much better because there are less people going there and not crowded.
Great video, well spoken and a real life video usage. I got an RX350 in 2020 because I was tired of waiting for the 6th gen. Ironically now I want a 5th gen! 🤔 Do you think prices will go up or down by the end of the year if the 6th gen is released? Thanks.
Thanks for the review I’ve been considering one. I don’t know if you remember to go back to the front to describe the interior. From pictures it looks like there’s only one cup holder in the center. Which to me is a big first world problem. Do you know how many cupholders up front?
Hey Max thanks for watching. There are 2 cupholders up front. 1 is to the front left of the shifter lever and another is almost behind the shifter lever on the right side in front of the arm rest. Here's a photo that shows both of them i.ytimg.com/vi/cf5BkoP_Xew/maxresdefault.jpg Hope that helps! -Ben
Well I'm looking to down grade from my 2003 Suburban. But still want reliable and not feeling like a 4cyl. I've done most of the research I'm doing got my eyes set on a 23 Limited or TDR
