Good that they listen to the customers but they could at least say THANK YOU!!!!!! These people are very reactive and keep updating their stuff, keeping the customer happy. A Brand that you can trust. So we already have an idea of the updates to come on 2024 Xray model. The difference between v1 bulk and v2 was noticable, strange that this one is identical to the v2, at least you have spare bulks!!
At least a more personal email that they acknowledge the issue and look into it and or notify customers. So they have now done the latter. Guess the issue isn't big enough to update the arms. Probably more have problems with the A and B block getting loose, hence this update with longer screws. I didn't hear anything of this. I still run the original bulkheads and have no problem with it. I'm gonna Install the v3 version now.
Even they don't listening, continue to report issues if you find any. When enough people complain about the same thing, I think they'd take notice of some point. Thanks for sharing 👍 ...I don't think that they hate you, du has(s)t 😅
Yeah, think i was the first to address this issue and now it's in the update manual. 😂Even with my solution 😂 Don't think they gonna do something about it now. Probably on the next model. Thanks Tony👊 i always run my upper arms in the middle or top with on most tracks here a drop of 104-105, so i have no real issue with it. But it should not be like this imo. Running the initial setting is not possible. I really like my Xray too. It's really durable. Think you are referring to the Nitro racing & guitars vid. That's not me playing, i wish. Even some guys at the club thought it was me. But most guys know i don't have a tattoo on my forearm. Check out mr Tabs. He plays awesome songs on his guitar 🤘👊

Thanks Woogie, guess you mean the Corsatec. I like it, but not in love with it. It runs good , progressive bottom, great mid and top speed. Idle is sensitive to temps, but i ran on a really hot day with 16% nitrofeul. Check out my previous vid !! Really curious how yours runs on 30%. I did comment on your vid to ask you about what headshims are on yours, but guess you blocked me. Really don't know why. Did i say anything wrong? My comments don't show up.
XRAY is messing up. We pay premium prices for this kits and we expected better design on the upper arms...dremel is not a solution. Even the radio box has to be dremel...jeez. No money for new molds? 🤷♀
They did make a design mistake imo. And it deserves a good solution. I contacted them and never got a decent answer. Contacted the seller who is close to the importer and got a stupid answer back. Now i see the manual from the bulkheads and the issue i addressed is in it. Even with my temporary solution to dremel it. I had to laugh but it isn't even funny. When they put this in it, i think there isn't gonna be an update on the upper arms. My guess is probably in the next model. What do you dremel on the radio box?
They’re more focused on fixing the bulkheads issue than the arms one, and I still have doubts they will redesign the arms for the next year car. On page 30 of the manual it says that when using high efficiency brake pads you have to dremel the radio box. I’m done with XRAY. Platform is excellent but expensive spares and availability here in my country is a total nightmare.
@@leandrodomingues50you are right. Probably more issues with the bulkhead . I didn't hear anything about that, but that must be the case. I'm still running the original pads, but now you mention it i looked and it does have some marks. Need to dremel that too. It's a good platform and yes some parts are more expensive then with other brands. I'm pretty lucky with my supplier. Availability here is really good, but being in your situation i can't blame you. Getting parts quickly is very important
@@kings-racing Exactly Kings! When I bought the kit made it clear to the seller that parts availability was the main reason for choosing XRAY. Since it’s manufactured in EU should be quicker to order some part from the factory than other brands which their factories are in US or Taiwan. The seller is also the distributor here in my country, but he couldn’t care less about the customers. I just broke the carb on the K303 and needed a body for it, 3 weeks was the reply from him…for a part in stock at the factory, unacceptable IMO. Went another route and early next week I’ll have one at my house, unfortunately had to pay extra for shipping. So yeah, you’re really lucky my friend! 😀
