City of Troy & National Treasure in the Classic would b awesome. Don't sleep on the Japanese horses cuz they're getting close 2 winning the American Classics i.e. Derma Sotogake last fall & Forever Young this May. Thorpedo Anna is a legit powerhouse that may shock the boys if she runs the Travers. Master of The Seas is the horse 2 beat in basically any turf race he enters 💯

Arthurs ride?? Didnt you guys learn your lesson with Fierceness? Any horse who went wire to wire on Belmont weekend accomplished NOTHING,as it was a GOLDEN speed rail....he is a bet against at low odds wherever he runs.

Just cant get excited about the BC Classic anymore,let's be honest we just don't have that star power anymore the last couple of years...when senor buscador and white abbario and the like are your top handicap hopes,average 3 yr olds who just take turns beating each other etc etc it's just anti climatic...racing is kind of weak nowadays...Quick name our currentTurf Star!!lol...itz crazy

Lol ur right about the absent American turf star cuz Charles Appleby's horses r dominating the grass. Last yrs BC Classic had some marquee scratches, notably Geaux Rocket Ride who was l8er euthanized & 3yr male old horse of the yr Arcangelo. No dominant U.S. 3yr old colt rn but Sierra Leone could be a BCC win contender if Chad Brown can fix his lugging problem b4 then. Keep an eye on Baffert's barn also.

This is why I enjoy watching the Irish: They are trying to breed classic horses, which have both speed and stamina. They run 1 1\2 mile races regularly.
