In the city I average 8.8 L/100km. Highway, I get 5.5L/100km. I don't drive much in the city, so if I am not driving outside the city, I fill up every two weeks.
This is one of the best reviews I have seen for this car so far. You did an amazing job reviewing this car. I'm really considering get an Envista in a few used.
Excellent review as always! This is literally the only car made today that I am actually intrigued by. My current daily driver has required a number of repairs lately so it may just get traded in for one of these. Even fully loaded, the value compared to everything else is pretty amazing.
We lucked out with this one, as James and Nile both booked Avenir trims during different weeks, but a mix-up at GM meant James took home this ST instead. It'll give us a chance to feature two versions of this in a short time span. We're seeing them everywhere, people absolutely love them!
Glad to hear it! We had the Trax the week we had a major snow storm here in Ontario, but opted to drop the vehicle back off just as the snow started to avoid any issue.
I don't get why people are all over the all wheel drive thing. Yes, it does make it a little easier to drive in winter conditions only if you have winter tires. But there are so many options out there tobthis day that are front wheel drive those drivers still make it through the winter ss when using winter tires. I'm considering this Buick and I believe the front wheel drive is a plus. Less to go wrong and if something does an all wheel drive system repair is going to be way more expensive. I made it through 10 winters in a rear wheel drive Astro Van and I'm pretty sure I can handle the front wheel drive in winter conditions.
Winter tires will make the difference, and a good set. We drove the Chevrolet Trax at the start of a snow storm with Michelin X-Ice tires and found it to handle the snow well.
what a design disaster.....I guess Buick / GMC never drove in the winter when salt/snow can cover the rear bumper thus obscuring the turn signals......LOL
We've covered GM's Super Cruise several times on the Cadillac Escalade, CT6, Chevrolet Bolt EUV, and will be discussing it on the Cadillac Lyriq again soon. It's a hands-free driving aide designed to use GPS, LiDAR, cameras, and sensor data to essentially drive for you while on certain roads.
