A major benefit of watching these videos is the ability to see the court as the players see it. You can almost visualise the shot they want to hit in their head and see how well they execute it as well as being able to implement this in your own tennis. Always a pleasure watching Jannik Sinner & Dane Sweeny hitting up the practice courts.😄

I said this a year back and I will say it again: Jannik Sinner is so relaxed and loose while hitting his shots, I think he is one of most loosest players on the tour. Which is the biggest reason he generates effortless power.
@alfonsonorelli5413
@alfonsonorelli5413 3 месяца назад
Thats absolutely true and the other thing Is he plays light in his head, Just like One guy Who wants to have fun. The self pressure Is poison for many players. I like this approach.
@Feanor1992

@@alfonsonorelli5413 yes. He even runs light like he's gliding on the court. I see him winning lots of majors if he keeps fit.

Watching court level is so much better than the pov they show on live matches. It almost lets you see the players perspective. This angle is much better for studying. It helps me improve. Thanks my man. Keep up thr great work.

Things look so easy, so natural when played by such players. But how many hundred of hours of hard work, practice, weariness, doubts, and work again, to get to it ? Its just so cool to watch just for what it is. Talent is necessary, but would be nothing without commitment and hard work.

I think the most impressive part is the behind the back foot kick he did at 18:52. The fact he even made contact with that shows how freakish his hand eye coordination is. Still, a truly immeasurable skill, but so important.

Earlier we were taught keep your head stable while hitting, but Sinner moves his head and neck also with his body towards the ball. So, extra body weight and more powerful forehand shots.😂

@@Tennis214 ? Neither. All they have to do is give up the modern artificial equipment and adopt traditional equipment and then see how they play. When they have to produce the spin control and power and it’s not given to them and see how they play without the artificial advantages. If they play well and can perform the same as they are doing with the artificial means then I will admit I am wrong. But that will never happen because they won’t give up their handicaps. Tennis is watered down due to this equipment.
